Swimming, sailing, canoeing and paddleboarding. Within walking distance, you will find a café restaurant, supermarket and pastry shop. We are surrounded by the forest. Villa Sjötullen is incredibly beautifully located right by the lake Stor Björken. The villa is 1 1/2-storey with a large country kitchen but modern, with all the equipment and a nice wood stove. Large bedroom with ensuite bathroom incl. washing machine and dryer. Large living room with fireplace, sofa and dining table, double doors out to the wooden deck. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a living room with TV, a bathroom. Parking for several cars directly at the villa. Possibility to rent kayaks. Sourdough bakery is 100 meters away.

The house is located on a farm and we live next to the Schoolhouse but with a distance that makes it feel private for both. The Schoolhouse has its own private garden and a big porch with a lake view. We arrange different packages of hiking, that includes breakfast, lunch or dinner in an outside setting. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!
