We had a great week long stay! Nicole was a wonderful host and was very responsive. She was flexible and accommodating with both check in and check out. I loved that we were also just feet from being able to walk on the beach. This was overall just a really great experience for us and we will definitely be back!

Super clean home with nice, private backyard!! Beds were comfy, ample linens. Host was super easy to contact and replied immediately! Great location and a few block walk to Jax Beach. Highly recommend!!!

We needed a last minute place to stay for an unexpected trip, and came across this place. Great location, not far from amenities. Not much farther to the beach. Place was clean and had all we needed, made for a convenient stay. Pool area was beautiful!

Beautiful, well maintained, clean and thoughtful decor and amenities. Very comfortable beds, linens, looks just like the photos and everything inside plus instructions for getting there is very well thought out. Highly recommend! Host was flexible, responsive, and allowed us an early check in which was a huge bonus for me with work calls.

Great spot next door to Walmart super center for all your needs. Pool was huge and relaxing. Bed was suuuuupppeeeerrrr comfortable. WiFi worked great for gaming/work.

The house is comfortable. 8 adults stayed here and we never felt crowded. We enjoyed the bar area and coffee bar. The pool was fun. We used the wagon and beach towels. Linens were nice and beds comfortable.

This place felt like home, everything I needed. I wish I had never left this place. Holdens place was perfect! I highly recommend staying here!!

We have stayed here a few times. I visit with my 92 year old boss. The handicap accessibility is fantastic. Carson keeps up with things and recently made some upgrades. The bathrooms could use towel bars, but I have seen that guests are hard on those, so I understand. Looking forward to our next stay there!

We were in town for a baseball tryout and this was the perfect place for us and our boys. The home was exactly as described, beds were comfy and everything was clean when we arrived. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, with a great fire pit and pool table, and we even caught a couple good size bass in the lake behind the home. Mac was super responsive to our questions and incredibly helpful. Would recommend!

We had an excellent stay! Hai Uyen was very accommodating and the home was great for a family.

We really enjoyed our stay! We wanted to be close to the beach, but in a quiet neighborhood. We also wanted to be able to cook our own meals for most of the week. And we wanted comfortable beds! This place delivered on those things. Other nice touches were the beach chairs and umbrellas, and kitchen supplies like dishwasher pods and paper towels. We all agreed we would happily stay here again.

Good price. Nice place. very responsive host when I had problem with lock upon first entry. call immediately and worked through problem. plenty of restaurants nearby and many walkable. grocery store nearby. short walk to beach. a little older place but nicely renovated.

The view was amazing and the condo was just as described and was very clean.

Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There’s Private parking and the apt has umbrella, chairs and beach towels. Host really think about everything! Highly recommend

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

We had a great time. Loved being close to the beach. Much better than our last trip a year ago at a different host’s condo where we were locked out of our room for hours trying to get help to get back in. I swore that I’d never do that again. However the game changer was that Staley is local and gave me her contact number in case I needed anything. That’s why I gave it another chance. I’m very glad that I did. I didn’t need anything, but knew I could contact Staley if I did. We did communicate while I was there, but no emergencies happened. I plan on returning in the future. Thanks for a great stay Staley.
