Beach condo holiday rentals in Atlantic Beach

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

My friends and I had such a great experience from the begin to the end. Hillary made sure we had all we needed to make our stay special. The communication was much appreciated, letting us know the elevator was down we was able to be prepared to go up just one flight of stairs. Such a beautiful and clean home we will definitely be back. Thank you again Hillary!!

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. The condo was perfect for our family of 5! It was very clean, well stocked with essentials and beach stuff and a beautiful complex. We loved the location to the pool and easy walk to the beach and restaurants and a quick drive downtown! We enjoyed our spring break and first time to St. Augustine!😎

What great hosts. Super responsive and friendly. Helpful suggestions re restaurants and things to do. The unit is perfectly positioned by the pool and boardwalk to beach and private. We will definitely return.

Condo is nice especially if you get the master bedroom with view on the trees and pool and the huge master bathroom! The other bedrooms face the parking lot so not as nice but they still felt private. The condo was probably newly renovated, it is both practical and beautifully decorated, and so clean! The kitchen has a lot more cooking utensils than advertised in the listing, blender, water kettle, three coffee machines, etc. We enjoyed the patio and direct access to the pool, dinners on the large dining room table, playing cards in the large living room area or on the patio. Plenty of space for our group of six! I recommend the restaurant Sunset Grille, the Cone heads ice cream place (both walking distance), and Fisherman's dock for seafood. Overall, superb vacation place.

This property (apt. # 241) was exactly what we were looking for a relaxing week vacation in warmer weather. The sunrises and views of the beach and ocean were beautiful. It was conveniently located wi a easy drive of other parts of the island and an easy walk to restaurants on the Omni campus. It was quiet and we found ourselves quickly falling into a routine of walking the beach every morning.

Five stars. Gated beach country club insulated from everything, for a price that is normal for a ho-hum hotel room in a mediocre area. Fast professional service from Bridget. Stop reading. Book it now.

Literally walking distance from the beach. We will be coming again. His response time was very fast and he allowed us to check in early without us asking. Great place, would recommend!

We chose this condo as we wanted to have a view and quick access to the beach. We were not disappointed. The view was beautiful we enjoyed walking to the shops and dining and we slept very comfortably. We will be back!

Beautiful stay!! Easy to get around Jax beach from the air bnb! Not far from Publix and restaurants! Very peaceful! Host was fast at replying to questions I had and was so nice and helpful! Definitely recommend! (:

Absolutely loved our stay at this beachside rental! The check-in process was smooth, and finding the place was easy. The owners clearly put in a lot of care to modernize and maintain the unit. The WIFI was flawless!.Whether we were streaming, working remotely, or planning our next day’s activities, the internet never skipped a beat. This was a huge plus, especially for those of us who needed to stay connected during the trip We stayed in a bottom unit, and while we occasionally heard footsteps from above, it was never disruptive. Parking was mostly easy. The best part? You’re just steps away from the beach! It was amazing to wake up, step outside, and be right on the sand.

This was my second year renting this condo. It perfectly fits my needs, I could bring my dogs and enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch watching the ocean.

Great place to stay with lots to do within walking distance. Beautiful beach only a short walk as well as restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, etc. Narelle was very quick to respond and helpful, answering all questions. The condo was perfect for my group of 3 and we all felt like home there. Would definitely recommend staying there!

I love the location. It was affordable. You can tell they upgraded the apartment. It was clean. It was a very nice stay. It has great amenities. You can walk to alot of the places. This place was totally worth it.

Absolutely beautiful apartment for a weeks staycation. The apartment was exactly as listed, pristine and homely. Perfect place and location for my family with two kids (11 and 8). The beach was delightful and the town quaint and relaxing to walk around with great restaurants, coffee shops and small independent vendors. Our property manager Ashley was phenomenal, super responsive and helpful. We’ll def be back!

The location was great and it was easy to pop down to the beach. The condo had some chairs and beach toys so we didn’t need to bring our own and even had a few beach towels. It was a nice relaxing getaway for the family.

Stunning panoramic views!! The jackpot of beachfront stays in Amelia Island, FL! You know how we often say, "Pictures just don't do it justice!" when we take a pic of the mountains, the ocean, or something else spectacular. Well... that is exactly what I'd say about this place! Both bedrooms have picturesque views of the beach, the ocean, the sand, the sun, and the moon. The place is immaculate from top to bottom. The beds are comfortable, the furniture provides a perfect ambiance for a beachy feel and stay. There are so many little details that the host has added to make this the perfect experience. The trails are second to none, the beach access is just steps outside the front door, and restaurants and shopping are in close proximity as well. Larry also made our stay even better than expected with his personal attention to detail, accommodating demeanor, and impeccable commitment to world-class customer service. We will most certainly be back!
