Delightful old farmhouse and spacious garden

The house is a traditional Normandy longhouse, made of granite, wood and tile. There are 185 square meters of indoor space. The farmhouse has been sensitively restored using traditional materials. La Pichardiere sits in the heart of the Normandy countryside far away from busy traffic in a secluded two acre garden set in a corner of a regional park (equivalent to a National Park in UK) -- It is a place to escape from city life! I love its peacefulness and the presence of the natural world.

Maison de vacances au bord de la rivière

Maison dans un parc arboré avec accès à la rivière l'Orne (6 personnes). Grande terrasse avec bbq devant la maison. Possibilité de prendre votre petit-déjeuner sur un balcon devant votre chambre avec une vue sur le parc. En automne vous pourrez ramasser les châtaignes dans le jardin et profiter des belles couleurs de la campagne normande avec le confort de la cheminée en fonction de la maison. Une 2eme maison (4 personnes) est disponible dans le même parc (voir annonce avec 10 personnes).

Gite du hibou

cottage calme et bien équipé (cuisine possible) Situé au cœur de la Suisse Normande (appelée ainsi en raison de ses oaysages montagneux ).beaucoup de randonnées possibles A pied en velo ... commerces et restaurants à 4kms maximum. Possibilité de petit-déjeuner en sus( 5 euros par pers/ jour ) Produits de base (petite epicerie, produits ménagers fournis. Pour le linge vous me le donnez un soir et je vous le lave gratuitement la nuit( lessive hypoallergenique). Cour commune avec nous .

Maison atypique de caractère, au sein d'une propriété privée de deux hectares. Cette ancienne grange réhabilitée il y a 5 ans a gardé son charme d'antan. Vous disposerez de sa grande terrasse bien exposée avec son mobilier d'extérieur, d'une pièce de vie spacieuse et fonctionnelle avec vue imprenable sur la campagne environnante ainsi que de trois chambres ( ch 1 lit 160x200, ch2 lit 140x190, ch3 2 lits 90x190)d'une salle d'eau et d'un espace buanderie avec lave -linge et sèche-linge)

The apartment has been fully renovated in 2024 and is on the ground floor of the house with private entrance. There is a private section of the garden exclusively for you with charcoal BBQ and seating areas. The property is located 6 metres from the River Orne giving you unique views from the lounge and bedroom. Towels, Bed Linen and Tea towels are included The property is not accessible for people with reduced mobility The bathroom has a walk in shower (no bath tub)
