Cette maison pleine de caractère est Placé à 800 m de la plage, soit 10 minutes à pied. elle dispose d'une piscine sécurisé, privatif et traité au sel( disponible de mai à fin septembre) et d'un SPA intérieur de 5 places (disponible d'octobre à fin avril). la maison est équipée de 4 chambres soit 8 couchages et d'une mezzanine avec un canapé -lit pour 2 personnes . La villa dispose d'un jardin clôturé et d'un mobilier de jardin.

The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Ici tout se fait à pied : plage, balades côtières, marais salants. Le calme, l'espace et la vue directe sur l'océan en font une maison idéale toute l'année. La plage et le GR 34 sont au bout du jardin. Jardin clos de 500 m² qui entoure toute la villégiature.
