Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your self-catering home is at the end of the house ( inhabited by the owners), on one level, in a 2 hectare park. It includes kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see map). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The swimming pool (6x12m), not private is accessible 5 hours per day (to be defined).

The private apartment with direct access to a terrace is on the ground floor of a beautiful stone building dating back in part to the 12th century. We live on the floor just above and will therefore be very available to welcome you, discuss good local tips or introduce you to our wine business.
