Townhouse holiday rentals in Aspen

We had a last second need and were able to access the house within 20 minutes of booking. It was perfect for a couple days of skiing. Great location, plenty of room, and an all around great stay for our family of 7.

We really enjoyed our stay at Reid's place. The home was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. We enjoyed the catwalk in and out for skiing. The hot tub was a nice feature and the kitchen cabinet was well stocked with basic spices/baking needs. We would absolutely go back next year if it wasn't already booked for the week we need.

Elizabeth was super helpful and extremely communicative. She was aware that the house would be ready well before hand and offered it to us well prior to the schedule which was much appreciated as we got in early. The house is right in town and very walkable. It is always an easy access point to all of the surrounding.

Location is spectacular - quick walk to downtown, right next to a nice park where we walked our dog and daughter played on the playground. The place had all the amenities needed. Erin was highly responsive. Our family was thrilled at the experience at Erin’s place and would strongly recommend!

We enjoyed this townhouse, sitting on the deck, watching and listening to Gore Creek. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet (we were there in May, which is off-season).

Beautiful views is what you get from this well equipped, well kept townhouse. It easily accommodates up to six people. The host is easy to contact, responsive, accommodating and welcoming. It’s location makes it easy to reach the slopes and town. To top it off, Crested Butte is a wonderful place to visit! Tom & Jane Logan

Excellent stay! House is very clean with lovely views and a great neighborhood. Well stocked with basic provisions. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Overall, We were happy with this rental. Loved this walkability to town-about 3 short blocks to downtown. We were able to walk and get coffee, lunch and to the Glenwood Vaudville Review show. We found the kitchen adequately stocked. Beds in upstairs bedrooms were firm, but very comfortable. Our college age girls were very comfortable in basement. We loved seeing deer in the field behind house in morning. Comfortable stay!

We had an incredible time staying at this Airbnb in Vail. The location was perfect—just minutes from the mountains, making it super convenient for skiing and going out. The house had everything we needed, was spotless, and felt like a true home away from home. The host was great, and the whole experience was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! We felt completely at home the moment we arrived. It was spotless and beautifully designed. Highlight of the stay, we had bears as neighbors! The host was welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. Every detail was on point - from the cozy setup to the well stocked amenities. Will definitely look forward to staying there again.

Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay on our vacation. Home was beautiful and very clean. We were close to so many fun things to do for us and the kiddos. I liked sitting on the back porch looking at the mountains, and my husband liked sitting on the back porch to watch golfers tee off lol.

I would recommend this as a nice stay for the able bodied. The host responded to our questions quickly. The kitchen is well equipped and Elk Ave is about a 10 min walk. You can easily take the shuttle from there to the ski resort! There are clear instructions for the property on the kitchen counter. We had a great stay and would recommend to those visiting CB!

Great view of the mountain and very comfortable condo. Garage was a little tight for a truck, but there was always a spot in the lot.

We had a great stay here for spring break! We have three kids under 9 years old and the place was very walkable to ski school / base of mountain for our littles. I loved that the kitchen came stocked w the essentials - it’s so annoying when places don’t even have the basics! It was clean, convenient and had plenty of room for our family of 5! Would def book again if we come back. We did not rent a car - which we probably would next time. We used the bus to take us to town but it was a little bit of a hike to the town square bus stop for our 4 year old. Not far for the rest of us though! Eli was responsive and helpful and even was able to let us have access to the place a few hours early. A+!!

My husband and I were fortunate to spend the month of March @ Dustin’s place in Basalt. It worked out great for us. The location was perfect. It was an easy 15 min walk into town and super convenient being so close to the bus stop for Aspen or to go down Valley. The neighborhood is very nice, and the Rio Grande trail is just a short walk from his place. The Condo is tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable and well equipped for a stay. We are already looking forward to going back next year!!!

Our stay during March Spring break was awesome! We felt right at home. The furnitures and amenities were in great condition. Water was hot and hot tub & sauna worked well. So close to Beaver Creek and Vail! They had racks for ski equipments too! We would definitely visit again!

We rented Mark's home for the entire winter season and it was magical! The home is exactly that...a home! It has everything you could ever need, plus more. The accommodations are extremely comfortable, beautiful, vey well maintained, and spacious. Mark was an excellent host and was always available to support our questions and offer Crested Butte advice. The location of the home is fantastic. Even with all the wonderful winter snow, the community is completely walkable, great trail options, and easy to navigate. We loved our time in Mark's home in Crested Butte and highly recommend it!
