One private holiday home at the foot of Mount Aso.

Hide-san is very kind and was there to walk us through every corner of the house. The well-stocked kitchen was very helpful as many restaurants closed early during golden week. On top of that, the toilet and bedding were both clean and comfortable. We drove to Kuju and Aso; distance wise, everything is below 1 hour. We will definitely stay again next time!

Definitely an unforgettable house! The wood aroma in the house, a fire that allows people to warm up, and the little knot knot that plays whisper. All make our hearts expansive. Very welcoming and friendly owners all made us feel right at home. Being able to stay in this beautiful house for three days and two nights and really don't pillar this trip. Thank you😃😃😃😃

[109 Aso no Momiji] Please relax in a pure Japanese-style house and Japanese-style garden in Aso!

Great location, clean and traditional Japanese Airbnb. Close to Aso crater, and the bus station and walkable to Aso shrine. About an hour drive to Takachiho gorge. Only downside is the neighbor got a rooster (I believe recently). If you are noise sensitive, maybe bring earplugs.

As warm and friendly as the beautiful nature of Kumamoto, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. He guided me to the surrounding area, prepared a really delicious breakfast, and provided a pick-up service. Abe-san is a chef and cooking researcher who is proficient in all Yora from Japanese to Western style. My wife is a great teacher who teaches Japanese traditions and culture and shares the charm of Aso. Thanks to the two of you, I was able to travel without any anxiety or lonely even though I was traveling alone. I feel like I have a friend in Kumamoto. Thank you for taking care of me even if I can have a pleasant trip. We recommend it as the best friendry accommodation in Aso. ^ ^
