Our farmhouse is a 120 sqm vacation home located in the northwest of Sardinia, just 300 meters from the sea. Completely renovated in 2020, it can accommodate up to 9 people without compromising anyone's free space. It has a large outdoor garden of 4000 square meters, private entrance and parking. The interior consists of a living area (open space) with a fireplace and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Elegant Historical House & Lovely Dehor

The authentic Medieval House was built between 1250 and 1300. With more than 70 sq mt of interior space, plus a 20 of terrace. It is ideal for relaxing, in spacious indoor and outdoor areas while enjoying the car free Old village and its welcoming community. Recently renovated, the Architect preserved its historical value while incorporating all modern comforts. The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

In the front row on the sea, the Granito villa enjoys a great location a few meters from the sea, but also from the Piazzetta where you can find markets, bars, restaurants and shops. The living room is divided into two rooms, an area with a dining table and one with a sofa and TV and kitchen is fully equipped and functional. The sleeping area is composed of two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Outside the villa is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a magnificent sea view.

Casa Ichnusa is a charming single-family holiday home located overlooking the sea in the bay of sunsets. It offers every kind of comfort and is the ideal choice for those looking for a quiet stay in the heart of nature, feeling like on a ship in the middle of the sea, and with all the services nearby. Our house is located in a wonderful and quiet residence nestled in the typical rock of Capo Falcone. The view is on the beautiful sea of the furry beach. Inside the residence you can leave the car without problems and walk to the sea in 5 minutes or the cliff behind the house that offers the possibility of both swimming in a landscape that seems almost lunar. We also have a new communal swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September!!
