Stunning Gem in the Heart of Asheville

In the heart of the historic Montford neighborhood, this picturesque detached carriage house is tucked away behind our 1897 Queen Anne Victorian home, previously operating as the Bed of Roses Bed & Breakfast. Make yourself at home with your own private entrance, private parking, fast WiFi, a 50" TV w/ Netflix and Disney+, and full use of our serene outdoor garden, complete with hammock and comfy patio furniture. Perfect for couples or solo travelers. A mere 10 min walk to downtown Asheville.

Modern Cabin Retreat w/ Sauna

This space was designed with love and care and the hope that all who stay here feel relaxed and connected to nature. We recently added a cedar barrel sauna that heats up quickly and is user friendly. Often we don’t see guests but I’m always available for questions and recommendations. We live "next door" on the same property with our two young sons. The cabin is located in a neighborhood, so while it hopefully feels removed from any hustle and bustle, there is access to many conveniences.

Songbird Lane Guest House

Charming log cabin guest house. The property is a sanctuary for birds and people. Summertime fireflies dance in the trees at night, close range fall color and a spacious full moon sky will greet you season by season. Quintessential WNC charm, you may even hear the neighboring horse and buggy clomp on by. This picturesque, pastoral setting is flanked by short range mountain views, perched above Little Ivy Creek. The creek does not run directly through the property, rather babbles below.

Alpine look cottage is at the end of private road. Pretty place to walk and enjoy the outdoors. Several hosting vineyards, hiking and kayaking nearby. Convenient to nearby towns of Tryon, Landrum, Columbus and 1 Saluda. 15 minutes to the Tryon International Equestrian Center and other event venues. Less than an hour to Asheville, Greenville, Spartanburg, BMW Plant, and 3 major airports. A great gateway to western Carolina. Sofa bed and loft add to sleeping space for families.

Enjoy a quiet tiny house overlooking gardens, coffee and tea available, refrigerator, covered porch, customized shower with mosaic tiles. This tiny house is in the privacy of a fenced in area with private entrance. Parking available. We do have an outdoor cat who may visit you.

Located between UNCA and Merrimon Ave. Bike or Uber to downtown. Walk to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We CANNOT accept ANY type of ANIMALS due to family member having MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION. This is a “NONSMOKING” resident. NO smoking, vaping, drugs or incense burning.
