We have a modern farmhouse with incredible views and beauty all around. Wild turkey, bear, sunrises/sunsets, fire pit, large porch, 6min to Blue Ridge Parkway, 15 to Biltmore, 15 downtown Asheville... It is the best of everything and we love it! And the driveway is recently paved as of February 2024! Note bedroom 4 is an open area. The guesthouse next door is used by my daughter but is completely separate building/space. She is in nursing school and also works so she is rarely there.
