Enjoy the main house, which is full of character, where a shared, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom are available 24/7.

Very little traffic. 10-minute walk to the beach, bus stop, restaurants, a small shopping centre with a grocery store, pharmacy and liquor store, among other things. Free parking.

Welcome to Bryggerhuset

Here you can live in a rural farm that is in daily operation, while living relatively centrally - 10 km to Horten, 19 km to Tønsberg, 12 km to Holmestrand and 3.5 km from exit 35 on E18. Many sights and places to visit! (Golf, beaches, museums, etc.). On the farm we have sheep, grain, fodder production and raspberries. Some noise from the operation will occur, as there is work that must be done with different machines and cars. The brewery house is located a bit by itself in the yard, with its own garden and porch.

Velkommen til Horten og vår lille sentrale studioleilighet med egen inngang, bad og kjøkkenkrok. Her kan du virkelig nyte dagene langs kysten. Enten på stranda, rundt borrehaugene, og ved museumene på Karljohansvern. 10 minutters gange til Rørestrand for et friskt bad. 10-15 minutter til fergekai og sentrum. 30 minutter til Midgard viking senter og borreparken langs kyststien, som er 5 minutter fra hybelen. Buss til Bakkenteigen/Tønsberg er ikke langt unna. Spør oss, om du du lurer på noe 😊

Nyt natur og stillhet kun 20 min fra Tønsberg sentrum. Egen brygge og tilgang til båt. Soveplasser for 6 stk. Flott vestvendt plass med masse sol. Flere soner med både skygge/ sol. Utekjøkken for grilling. Bilvei helt frem. Kun noen få trappetrinn opp. Vaskevann fra pumpe på terrassen og drikkevann er båret opp. Utedusj eller nyt et deilig bad i ferskvannet rett på nedsiden. Man kan fiske gratis, uten fiskekort. Bildene vil avvike noe, da de er tatt fra salgsanonsen. Men tilsvarende møbler

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
