Podere on the Crete Senesi

The "Sarchianello" farmhouse, already present in a document of 1052 A.D. descriptions of Tuscany medieval castles, is a lovely two levels villa, fully restored according to the criteria of respect and recovery of the original structures. Its location in the heart of the Crete Senesi is strategic both for the beauty of nature that surrounds it, and for its proximity to the most beauty Tuscany cities. The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, through an arc with exposed brick, you arrive in the dining room with a long table that can accommodate 10 people. Spacious kitchen with electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, complete with dishes, glasses, cutlery and cookware. Spacious living room with two sofas and a working fireplace. Small bathroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms: three spacious rooms with double bed and the fourth room with a single bed. There are also three bathrooms, two with shower and one with bath tab. Two bedrooms have direct access to the portico from which you can enjoy a lovely view and unforgettable sunsets. Outdoor area. Large garden (7,5 acres) with olive trees and flowering plants. Separated from the central villa, a few meters, there is another building which has a renovated part used as a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine. During the winter period, the room in the attached house, cannot be used as it has no heating. Large pergola where there is a travertine table where you can eat and a brick barbecue. Swimming Pool (12mt. X 6mt.) with sun loungers Outdoor shower Dogs are welcome, but we absolutely ask that you declare them when you make your reservation. Rules for our four-legged friends are rules of common sense and good manners: please check that dogs do not get on sofas or beds. They are absolutely not allowed inside the pool. It is kindly requested that the garden be cleaned upon departure and free of dog feces
