In summer, you've got nature right on your doorstep, with plenty of fantastic hiking and cycling trails! 5 min walking distance to grocery store, restaurant, bowling and ski shop at Storhogna M. 15 min walking distance to Storhogna mountain hotel with luxury spa and two restaurants.

Apartment upstairs. 3 rooms & kitchen. Easy to find, the accommodation is located right next to the E45, 5 minutes north of Åsarna. You can hear the traffic from the road. Sleeps 4. House-trained dogs and cats allowed. A staircase that can be experienced as steep to its own entrance. The apartment is not suitable for small children. There are no safety locks on the windows. Bed linens and towels are not included. Guests clean up after themselves. 2 parking spaces with engine heater outlet. There is a washing machine and drying rack. No TV.

Welcome to our newly-built vacation home in scenic Vemdalskalet! With proximity to the ski slope and a stone's throw from cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and snowshoe trails. The floor plan is aimed at good socializing with an open living room together with kitchen, in front of the fireplace and the peaceful view. Bedroom with its own clothes hanger and a bathroom equipped with shower, washing machine/drying cabinet and sauna with a view. The balcony is partly covered and is equipped with furniture & barbecue.

Vår mysiga nybyggda fjällstuga ligger på gångavstånd från Klövsjö skidområde och passar lika bra för skidäventyr på vintern som fjällturer och bad på sommaren! Njut av bastu, brasa eller solig altan efter en dag på skidbackarna eller fjället. Klövsjö är utsedd till ”Sveriges vackraste by” och kallas ”Skidåkarnas skidort”. Samma liftkort gäller även Vemdalens fyra skidområden med 35 liftar och 58 nedfarter. Lugnt läge nära skidområdet, restauranger, sportshoppar och en klar badsjö med bryggor.

Scenic and idyllic location in a forest glade where you can hear the Ljusnan river rushing further away. 5-minute walk to one of Sweden's best trout fishing, a little further away, Rånden runs, one of Sweden's best trout waters. To the ski resorts Vemdalen, Björnrike and Lofsdalen, it takes just over 30 minutes by car to go. The area is also popular for snowmobiling. Here you live close to nature with access to a wide range of outdoor activities all year round.
