A great stay at Philippe's! The accommodation is impeccable and very well-equipped . Philippe is a responsive host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is quiet while being close to amenities. I would highly recommend it!

What a wonderful place and what a lovely people! Jeannine and her husband made us feel welcome right away. We had a fantastic time. The environment, the tranquility, the swimming pool, the nice clean cottage , including delicious bed and fantastic shower made everything a a particularly beautiful experience that is certainly worth repeating!

Had a great week at the villa with my family. Everything you need there and a lovely house. Easy short walk to the beach and shops. The children loved the pool. Kitchen is well stocked for preparing large meals and plenty of bathrooms for a large group all staying together. The host also provided a travel cot and high chair for our youngest family member.

Stephanie and Philippe’s guest house checked all the boxes: *Brand new accommodation *Well designed and furnished *Private and quiet location *Comfortable bedding *Heated pool *Farmers’ Market in Sarzeau’s square-all shops and grocery store, restaurants were walkable *Secure, onsite parking But mainly, our hosts were supremely accommodating and kind and respectful of our privacy and wishes. We loved trying to communicate with them in our terrible French!

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

We had a great weekend in this beautiful house for 14. The setting is very pleasant, and Jeanne was proactive, responsive and attentive to our needs. It was too short! It is necessary to organise access on arrival, as the accommodation is further away from the pier. The electric bikes provided, with a trailer, were a real plus.

There were 6 of us and we had a great weekend, the tranquility of the place excited us. a hiking trail in front of the house, perfect for walks. the house is clean, the bedding excellent, the configuration of the house perfect for 6 adults. a big thank you to Bernadette and Patrice for letting us leave later on the day of departure. we would recommend it in a second.

The house corresponded to the description, you immediately had a wow effect. Everything was clean and as shown in the photos. Good location for southern Brittany. Serge was a good host, always quickly accessible and also on site if there were problems. We highly recommend this property.

The house has everything you need in a residential environment and owners very attentive to the smooth running of the stay. The location makes it possible to shine in the Presqu'île de Rhuys with ease. We recommend it!

We were a group of 6 including 1 couple. Frank arranged the beds in singles or doubles according to our wishes. The house is spacious and very well equipped, modern and tasteful. The linen is of very good quality. It felt like home! Bakery, shops and restaurant are within a 10-minute walk. It was perfect and we will surely come back (unless there are too many of us next time)

We had a great family weekend in Sarzeau, the house is very nice and suitable for 12 people. The gazebo in front of the house is very convenient for eating in the shade and the terrace on the top boat garage for admiring the magnificent view of the gulf! On the activity side, there is a choice: canoes, numerous board games, coastal trail and port of Logeo nearby. Thanks to Norbert for the welcome, we will be happy to come back!

charming house on a large plot in a quiet area and close to the town centre. The beach and a children's playground are nearby. The house is very well equipped (kitchen and leisure) We appreciated that there are bikes for adults and children.

This very large house facing the sea is almost perfect! Almost? And yes! Why this tiny two-seater sofa for the only place to relax inside? All you need to do is add a large sofa and soft armchairs to enjoy the view! Otherwise it's really great. The house is very well located, organised and equipped. The decor is understated. The kitchen is amazing! Be careful not to rely on the wifi to download a movie!

We had a wonderful stay at Jean-Luc’s place with our two small children. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location with lovely gardens. We rented bikes to explore the local area - but everything is in good walking distance too. We would highly recommend Jean-Luc’s place for a stay in Arzon and hope to be back again one day soon!

A great stay at this home with amazing views of Port navalo. On the menu: aperitifs and dinners in front of a beautiful sunset. Thank you to our hosts for pampering us. Only small downside: towels not available in the accommodation. An extra charge is required to take advantage of this. Given the price, we thought it was a bit of a shame…

We had a wonderful long weekend in Arzon. The house is very beautiful, well-decorated and functional. The outdoor spaces are perfect for enjoying the sun. The location is really great. We were in the front row to enjoy Gulf Week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - Virginie was very helpful in advance, met us at the property on arrival, and explained everything, including local facilities and places to visit. If you want a quiet, peaceful few days in a lovely setting, this is it.

The house is perfectly equipped to ensure a pleasant stay, with neat decoration, fully equipped kitchen. The view of the Gulf was a real favorite. Communication with Lucie was always pleasant and responsive. She provided us with valuable information to explore the surroundings and discover good restaurants. In summary, our stay at Villa Balis was so memorable that we are already looking forward to returning! We highly recommend this listing as well as its attentive host.

We spent 4 nights in this charming house and we are delighted with our stay! Everything was perfect, very clean, convenient, pleasant and quiet: we felt at home! And then the location of the house is ideal: next to a very nice beach and the port of Crouesty, very lively. We did everything by bike! Géraldine and Sylvain were also very accommodating with our arrival and departure time, and very responsive. Valérie who welcomed us is very friendly and gave us good advice. In short, a well-deserved 10/10! We will undoubtedly return to this Breton house!
