Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. The apartment "Olga" is located 5 minutes walk from the city center in a quiet street. The apartment (56 m² in total) is located in a newly built, modern apartment building (12 parties) and consists of two separate rooms, the living room (studio) and the bedroom. Apartmá Olga has a balcony overlooking the Elstergebirge Mountains. The apartment is located on the third floor, the house has (as the only private house in Franzensbad) a lift.

Hey dear guests, I am providing you with my private accommodation here. I have lovingly designed and furnished it by hand. I hope you feel just as comfortable and secure in my apartment as I do. Most of the furniture, kitchen and bathroom are original from the 60s/70s. In my apartment there are many black and white photos, Rosenthal wall plates and some Chinese prints. It has a kitchen with standard equipment, a washing machine, a double bed which can be folded into a closet to save space, a couch with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking is available right next to the entrance. Wi-Fi is also available to guests free of charge.
