Welcome to our cottage perfectly situated between the village of Arzal and the Barrage d'Arzal. We are in the process of renovating an old farmhouse in a small hamlet and look forward to welcoming you to our 'little slice of heaven'.

Nature Cottage – Naughty Side

This peaceful accommodation surrounded by nature with views of the Vilaine River offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in a secure residence. The marina is within walking distance for enjoying various activities. The beach is 10 km away. Numerous hiking trails (GR trail at the foot of the park). The heated and covered swimming pool is open until September 30, 2025. Please note: swim shorts, long swimsuits, are prohibited.

Charming apartment with a balcony overlooking the Vilaine. The residence is very quiet and is located 1 minute from the port of Arzal on foot. Close to La Roche-Bernard and the beaches of Pénestin. (I would like to point out that there is currently work being done on the dam, which may cause noise and temporarily affect the view until April 2026, and then from October 2026 to April 2027.) Linens and bath towels are provided.

The furnished accommodation is not accessible for people with reduced mobility

À 5 min du vieux port de la Roche Bernard ou du barrage d'Arzal et de sa base de loisirs. Nous rappelons que nous n'autorisons pas les rassemblements avec nuisances sonores.

Situation idéale pour des vacances en famille entre terre et mer. A 10 km des premières plages. Situé à 30 mn de Vannes et du Golfe du Morbihan, à 30 mn de La Baule et 20 mn de Guérandes et ses Marais Salants. A 2km de la Petite Cité de Caractère de La Roche Bernard avec ses commerces son port et ses vieux quartiers. Nous tenons le centre équestre sur place.

La maison, située sur une propriété de 1,1 hectares, est située à 1,5km de la plage la plus proche, 2,5km d'une base nautique et village de Baden avec ses commerces, golf et centre d'équitation. L'embarcadère pour l'Ile aux Moines est tout proche et des nouveaux randonnées à pied ou en vélo à proximité.
