Holiday rentals with lake access in Arvika Municipality

Absolutely amazing place! It’s a fantastic house, huge and spacious, very clean and has everything you’ll need. Great private location, the kids loved running around on the grass and parents could relax knowing no cars would go past. Loved the private beach. The two bathrooms were great for so many guests. Angelica was an excellent host and so accomodating and helpful.

Zum 3 mal im Haus alles klasse immer wieder zu empfehlen.

Vi var 8 familiemedlemmer som feiret bursdag til vår yngste datter på 20 år, stedet passet oss perfekt, god plass, mange soverom og nydelige omgivelser. Stort kjøkken som var utrolig godt utrustet, smakfullt innredet med lekre detaljer. Stedet lå naturskjønt til, med fin utsikt over et vann. Kan tenke meg å besøke stedet igjen når det er sommer og bademuligheter.

Erg mooi en compleet huisje op een prachtige plek. Het uitzicht van het huisje op de Glafsfjord is schitterend. Goede ligging ten opzichte van Arvika.

Hey, Ich und meine Freunde hatten wundervolle und erholsame Tage in Carstens AirBnb. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, man hatte alles was man braucht inklusive genug Utensilien um auch für 8 Leute zu kochen. Insbesondere die Terrasse war win Traum um Morgens mit Seeblick zu frühstücken ein wenig Sport zu machen und dann von da aus entweder zum See oder wandern zu gehen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiter empfehlen und sind sehr froh das wir auch als etwas jüngere Gruppe hier sein durften.

We spent seven days in Mike and Kristine's wonderful holiday home. The property is in a wonderfully idyllic location and there are lots of details to discover in the garden. The house is clean and superbly equipped, so we didn't miss a thing. A big plus is also the own jetty to the lake and the possibility to use the rowing boat and canoe. Unfortunately, the water level of the lake had dropped so much at the time of our stay in August that we couldn't get the rowing boat into the water, but as the canoe was easy to use from the jetty, this wasn't a problem and we were able to explore the lake and its wonderful shores. Communication with Mike and Kristine was smooth and any questions were answered quickly. If you are looking for a quiet, private location in the middle of the Swedish countryside, this is the place for you.

Idyllisk, smuk hytte med masser af plads både indenfor og udenfor til vores store familie. Der var både rent og en hjemlig følelse med mulighed for lån af brætspil, når det regnede og kano og robåd, når vejret var bedre. Kan varmt anbefales.

Ett fantastiskt fint läge och världens bästa utsikt, rekommenderar detta vackra fridfulla ställe! Det är sådana här guldkorn som ger energi! På genomresa till sälen Tack Erik för din vänlighet och att du var så snabb och behjälplig! Ni kommer tillbaka😃

die Unterkunft von Martin ist etwas ganz besonderes und man muss es selbst erlebt haben welche Ruhe dieser Ort ausstrahl. Die Toilette und das Ruderboot sind gewöhnungs bedürftig jedoch es alle mal Wert. wir hatten zudem das große glück Polarlichter zu sehen von der Terrasse aus.

Birgit is a great host. Very responsive. The house itself is absolutely lovely. Spacious, clean and a garden that shows the love and care that has gone into it! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 👌🏼👌🏼

Jättefin stuga mitt I stan. Utrustad med allt man kan behöva.

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in dem einsam gelegenen Haus direkt am Wasser. Im Haus selber blieben keine Wünsche offen. Hoffentlich haben wir irgendwann nochmal die Möglichkeit dort hin zu reisen.

We vonden ons verblijf fantastisch. Vooral het prachtige meer met de steiger en het bos errond waren rustgevend. Je hebt ook heel veel privacy want er zijn geen buren vlakbij. Het huis zelf is redelijk eenvoudig. De keuken is klein maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Hou er rekening mee dat er geen deur is tussen de tweede slaapkamer en de keuken, enkel een open trap. We raden het huis zeker aan voor mensen die van de natuur en rust houden!

Vi leide huset i forbindelse med at eldste barnet vårt deltok på Arvika cup. Vi var 2 voksne og tre barn fra 5 til 9 år. Huset var veldig fint og rent, og enda koseligere enn inntrykket vi fikk fra bildene. Stor fin plen rundt huset og badeplass i nærheten. Vi var veldig heldige med været og må si at dette var et skikkelig sommerparadis. Å kjøre til Arvika tar ca 25 minutter, noe som passet oss bra da vi brukte mye av dagene der. Kommunikasjon med verten har vært bra, og hun som bor i huset i nærheten hilste oss velkommen (søster av huseier) og var veldig hyggelig. Kan anbefales på det varmeste :)

We (a family of six and a dog) spent two relaxing weeks in the cottage. In the 1st week, thanks to the sunny weather, we just spent time on the private jetty, went swimming & explored the lake via SUP. In the 2nd, cooler week, we enjoyed the peace & quiet of the area around the cottage, sat around the campfire, visited Karlstad, Arvika & Charlottenberg & picked blueberries while hiking! If you want to take home a hand-carved souvenir, you should stop by the Sneckarboa-house in Fredros! Mattias was always available via phone to answer our questions (but actually the great cottage manual is all you need) and welcomed us with a little present! The cottage is cosily furnished and offered us everything we needed. But, if you're looking for luxury, you're in the wrong place. We had to get used to the noise from the road, mainly at closing time, but after a few days we no longer noticed it. We really enjoyed our time here!

We spent lovely time at Nicole’s place. The surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful, the yard is very big and we could relax, do a bonfire and children could play safely. The house was very nicely renovated, well equipped, clean and comfortable for our two families. Nicole welcomed us with her family and was always available to give us tips and recommendations. Thank you, Nicole, for such a nice time ! 😊
