Cozy cottage with 4 beds. Two minutes walk to jetty, possibility to borrow 3 kayaks that are included in the property. A 10 minutes walk to public beach. Short walk to a nice viewpoint with newly built barbecue area. Center about 5 km away. This cabin is for those of you who want to live close to nature and are okay with a slightly simpler standard. No kitchen, but microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer are available and barbecue. A portapotti and shower with heated, filtered lake water are available in the building next door. Linens available.

Lakeside 19th century farm with undisturbed location

Welcome to this leisure paradise, 100 meters to the lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 19th century with barn, herbre, stalls, pasture and sauna and swimming jetty. The farm is located high, surrounded by a large farmyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming jetty, canoe, kayak and rowing boat to borrow. For children there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.

We offer a whole summer cottage for relaxation. The cottage has a main building with one bedroom that can accommodate a double bed, the cottage also has a kitchen with gas stove, wood stove, fridge, dining area, wood stove and a couch. The guest house which is directly adjacent has two double beds. The summer cottage has solar panels and the possibility to charge phones. There's a mole toilet indoors, but we don't have running water. We provide drinking water, bed linen and towels. The forest offers lots of berries and mushrooms

A summer paradise that also fits nicely on a winter day. The house is equipped with everything one needs. Kitchen, bathroom as well as a double bedroom. In addition to this, a sofa bed. There is also a guest cottage in the yard with two beds. The water is a stone's throw from the cabin. There is a canoe to borrow on site as well as a boat with engine that can accommodate 4-5 people for fishing trips and the like. It only takes 7 minutes by car into the city center in arvika.

Just 35 minutes outside Karlstad, in an idyllic setting with beautiful views of Lake Värmeln, lies this holiday home with its own swimming area, large garden, and direct access to Värmland's fantastic nature. We also have 2 SUPs, an older kayak, and an Askeladden for rent. Additionally, 2 mountain bikes and a bicycle are available.

Our sweet Stuga 13, or "Ateljén" located on the popular resort Torsby Camping. 3 meter from the beach with a high stunning view over the mythical lake of Fryken. 5 km south of Torsby. Place for 4 people (2 separete bedrooms), kitchen, tv, bathroom.

Two cozy cabins on our forest plot are included when you book. Child-friendly lake beach is within 100 meters through the forest. A couple of simple kayaker and a paddle boat can be used according to agreement. Warm welcome!
