Beachfront holiday rental in Arvert

Very nice, very bright apartment, in the very center of Royan (we were happy to be there when the weather was dreary! it was convenient). It's easy to park nearby in April. Well equipped apartment and very nice bathroom. The double key is always appreciated in the absence of a lockbox. Very nice host.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

Thank you Magalie and Sébastien for your welcome. The Mobil home is perfect, nothing is missing and is close to several sites to discover on the coast. A nice long weekend from Toussaint.

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in the accommodation👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to you both 🌞

A well furnished studio, a very nice garden and a soothing sea view. Beach 1 min walk, Royan seafront 15 min leisurely walk. A very good time in a cute and ideally placed accommodation.

Great stay. A very good welcome. Impeccable accommodation and perfectly suited for traveling with a dog. Friendly little exterior. The sea 50 metres away is a big plus.

I had a pleasant stay in their studio with all the necessary comforts and very clean. Very pleasant terrace where, upstream, they had found a system to secure the space for my cat who accompanied me during this stay. Line and her family are very friendly, warmly welcome and the friendly exchanges throughout the stay were very appreciable. Many things are nearby, whether shops, restaurants, bike paths, the beach, the market... So many places to discover that I will come back to the island and especially without hesitation to Line and her family.

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is very well located while being quiet. It is a perfect base for discovering the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also of excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the entry and departure procedures was very clear.

Very nice location, very well equipped and perfectly placed to enjoy the sea and the area. The terrace is lovely! Big plus, the provision of bicycles that allows you to take beautiful walks and use the car less! Elodie is very responsive to make sure the stay goes as smoothly as possible!

We stayed with four adults and two children for a week at Le Carrelet and we enjoyed it very much. The house is very nice, large and open. Nevertheless, everyone also has their privacy. The kids played a lot in the garden, were in the pool or out on the street. Everything was clean, in good condition and stylish. The location is beautiful, very close to the beach. However, it is about 20 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by car to the center of Fouras. For restaurants or the bakery, you have to take this path. Otherwise, it is a good starting point for excursions, such as La Rochelle. Even on days with bad weather, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time in the house. We will be happy to come back.

Jenifer's accommodation has been renovated with great taste. The amenities are also as qualitative and numerous as a main house: hair dryer, washing machine, oven, kettle, in short, everything is there. you can access the beach in 2 minutes by bike, 5 minutes on foot, happiness.
