Use of our 2 small kayaks and the fire pit is free. Downtown quaint historic Gig Harbor is 5-7 miles away from this convenient and affordable guest house.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. Right on the water with use of kayaks, paddle boards, & canoe. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs - $50 each.

Your journey to serenity is a lovely 5-to-8-minute walk down a historic hillside to the secluded community of Sunrise Beach. Walking down the private driveway you may see a family of deer on your left when you pass the Historical Marker. Beautifully restored waterfront A-frame cabin on Fox Island offers sweeping views of the Puget Sound, Chambers Bay, and a peek-a-boo view of Mt Rainer. Sit on the large deck and watch seals, otters, and whales swim by. Cozy up next to the fireplace at night and play games. Roast marshmallows and enjoy campfire stories by the large fire pit down on the bulkhead. Two kayaks available for use during the spring and summer months.

This very unique, secluded, pristine cottage is located less than 90 minutes from Seattle on the Key Peninsula in a 17 acre cedar forest with ocean frontage. Expansive views of Mt Rainier are a feature of the Oberon Property, along with a very secluded waterfront access for launching your kayak or beach combing. Boaters and sailors can make use of the private mooring buoy as well.
