Enjoyed our stay right in town with access to everything! Loved the simplicity of the home, the green plants and especially the bathroom - large tub and wide shower head! We enjoyed the snowy weather too. Gorgeous surroundings!

It was a wonderful stay !

This is the second time that we stay at Lise’s place. She has a very warm large studio flooded with light, it is quiet, walking distance from the lovely Cafe Philtre and the foot path along Rivière Saint-Charles. Easy drive to downtown but far enough from the noise! She has all you need to warm up food, even if not a complete kitchen, but it’s truly comfy like a home. We intend to come back!! She is extremely accommodating and the place is full of her art work and beautiful plants.

The rented house was perfect! Very clean and even better than in the pictures! It felt good, everything was in order. The host was really nice, available and answered our questions well. A flawless stay, thanks again!

We had a great stay! The place is even nicer than it looks in the photos. The neighborhood is cute and peaceful, and we enjoyed being able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants. We especially enjoyed being able to go ice skating in a park only a few blocks from the apartment. We were also able to walk to the Grande Allée to see the Winter Carnival parade. Street parking was easy, and it was a short drive to get to old Quebec.

A little jewel to discover! Great accommodation in a quiet residential area, clean and close to everything! You'll find everything in this place, not to mention an ultra-comfortable bed, modern decor, and even snacks. Hosts were quick to respond to messages and were very thoughtful. We're definitely going to come back!

Our group enjoyed Hélène’s place for our 1-night getaway! Nicely appointed & great location to the cute walkable town of Bromont. Only recco that I have if possible would be a small sign on the back door of the building where it was recommended to enter. Like “Bromont Lodge Entrance” or something similar. While it is the only door, it appeared to lead to a medi-spa, so we were confused:) Once we stepped inside all other instructions were crystal clear! Would love to check out another of Hélène’s places again!

Great experience staying at Frederics property. it was as described and within proximity of so many sights and sounds of old Quebec City.

If it was for sale, we would ask to buy it, but it wouldn’t come with our wonderful hosts so we’ll continue to rent it! What a wonderful experience we had enjoying ourselves and beautiful Ayer’s Cliff, Quebec. We visit Quebec quite often from the states where we live and we have stayed in several places over many years and this is one of our favorites. We loved our stay at the cottage. It met our expectations perfectly. There were 6 of us with a dog, who loved him rolling in the snow while we were in the hot tub. Everything we needed was provided and the location is very quiet. For those who like hiking, Mount Ham is located 20 minutes from the cottage, it is a hike that we love to do in this area. We will surely try to return in the summer to enjoy the lake access to the lake from the house.

We had a wonderful stay! Lina was a great communicator, so friendly, and she made us feel at home for the entire stay. Her personal touches, such as eggs from their coop, were a real treat! The space is as described, very clean and cozy. This was a nice place to get some peace and quiet with my wife and our dog. We would certainly stay here again.

Lovely place. I would definitely recommend

This was our first experience. It was very nice and we were very well accompanied to live it. We were well supported with our lack of experience with code locks. Here's some info that can be helpful. If you combine the 3 1/2 with the studio please know that they communicate from the inside but that the door to the outside cannot be blocked, you cannot keep the place in open air mode. A studio door communicates with the owners' home. The door only locks on their side. Be sure to check if there have been a cat lately if you have any allergies.
