Great stay at Kim's house! Ideal for groups and/or families visiting the area for a sports tournament, for example, as it is an excellent alternative to hotels. The house is located in a quiet and very central area, within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, bars, etc., and a short drive from other amenities such as grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. The huge kitchen (and its two refrigerators!) is super convenient for cooking and eating in groups. Everything is new and very clean! Kim responded quickly to the questions we had and all instructions and directions were clear and helpful. We will certainly return if the opportunity arises again!

We had a great time at Katharine's place. As soon as we walked in, we immediately felt right at home. The house is very clean and warm. It's even better than the pictures! All the necessary amenities are available and the beds are so comfortable. Katharine is a welcoming and available host!

It is a magnificent and calm place. We did not take advantage of the pedal boat, the BBQ and the outdoor fire even though they were very easy to access. On the other hand, we took advantage of the breathtaking view of the lake, the hard-working little beaver and the little roe deer that came to visit us the first morning... Beautiful...😍

Great place, location and amenities. We walked to Antitdote Food Lab... highly recomended... took an Uber back. The next day we drove downtown, stopping at Caffucino on the way, and walked the Murals of Sherbrooke using the Balado app as our virtual guide. Had a nice lunch at Restaurant Le Tapageur and returned Fredrico's place to chill on the patio. Nice short stay in June with great weather.

Amazing gem in the middle of the forest! It demonstrate a perfect harmony between nature and human craft. Lake, horses and a lot of lands so our dog was super happy. We were there 4days but it felt like a two week retreat in terms of recovery and déconnection! Simply amazing

Fantastic cabin retreat in the fall for visiting family in the area. The river is beautiful and accessible from the dock. The stairs to the dock need repair but we were able to enjoy non-the-less. Superb rental! We hope to return someday!
