Very nice cottage. Quiet, beautiful view. We loved the open area with the fireplace. Three bedrooms, one of which is very small (more for children). Nice stay!

We are going for work so we did not really enjoy the place but we will definitely go back to enjoy it better. The house was really beautiful and cozy, intimate too. The spas at the top bedroom is a plus. The host was really quick to respond if I had questions. I would recommend this Airbnb. We loved it 😇

Highly recommended! We loved Dany's place - it's roomy (we were 4 adults), bright, very nicely decorated and super clean. We felt at home and very comfortable. The living and dining room area is perfect for relaxing by the fire or spending evenings at the large table. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped with cookware, dinnerware and cutlery, all very nice and good quality. There were also some cooking basics like sugar, tea, spices, oil, etc. The location couldn't be better; quiet and surrounded by nature yet close to restaurants and cafes and shopping (a short drive). It is also very close to Mt. Orford ski lifts, which worked very well for us as we were there for a few days of skiing. Communication with Dany was easy and fast, as was the check-in/check-out process. Thank you Dany!

Fantastic cabin retreat in the fall for visiting family in the area. The river is beautiful and accessible from the dock. The stairs to the dock need repair but we were able to enjoy non-the-less. Superb rental! We hope to return someday!

It's a real haven of peace! It is an ideal place to recharge, enjoy nature and admire sumptuous scenery. Dominique is a very welcoming host, charming and attentive to her guests. We came to Laurie's place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and get together as a family. This was successful, 1h10 from the house, we found a completely different, quiet and peaceful atmosphere like the listing. The cottage is cozy, comfortable, tidy, clean and well insulated (indeed the neighbors did ground cleaning at the chainsaw and this could hardly be heard from the inside). We found all the equipment we needed for the kitchen. A beautiful starry sky, the chirping of birds and frogs and there are beautiful places to visit very close (e.g. silver lake). We found the cottage very easily, Laurie's explanations were really very clear, and contrary to what is advertised, Google and the GPS of the car took us directly to the right place. We also enjoyed the fireplace, which immediately gives a friendly and cocooning note to the evening! Thank you!

My family came together for the long Easter weekend. It was a great place to gather, wonderful surroundings and a really comfortable and cozy chalet. Plenty of place for everyone to relax in different parts of the house as well as everyone together in the dining room. And it great for a smaller gathering as well. Also the local general store is great for all essentials. We will be bookmarking this property for future use!

Super nice cottage, it matches the photos. Very good location, the views are beautiful and the sunsets are stunning. The chalet is located at the foot of Mont Mégantic Park. You can also walk on Julie and Marc's land. In winter, bring snowshoes to get from the parking lot to the cottage and walk around the grounds. The hosts were responsive and very nice, they greeted us when we arrived. A hidden gem, we'll go back!
