The "Casa vacanza di Andrea e Laura" is a spacious 60-square-metre two-bedroom apartment, located on the first floor of a quiet building near the access to the slopes of the Prel hill (5/10 minutes on foot). The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchen, a double bedroom, a small bedroom that sleeps three, a bathroom with an ante-bathroom, toilet and shower, a balcony and a large terrace (about 20 square metres) with a view of the entire valley. It also includes a covered, private parking space.

It has been prepared with care and passion: everything you will find is handcrafted by me, a retired carpenter. The location is excellent for exploring the Cuneo valleys and is just a few minutes from Cuneo and the neighbouring towns.
