La Motte, country house in Auvergne

Built on an old feudal mound, the house can accommodate 6 adults and 4 children. The house was completely renovated from 2007 to 2014. In 2019, a new phase of work allowed the creation of additional rooms: a bathroom for children, a large living room and a 4th bedroom with private bathroom on the ground floor. You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.

We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new place. You'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.
