I can’t say enough good things about our stay at your cottage! My daughter graduates next month and this was a super special time with both her and my DIL. Being able to relax on the porch, by the fire pit and playing cards with friends was the best. Rob’s place was very comfortable and stocked with just about everything you would need other than food! The location is excellent and town is an easy, beautiful walking distance away. My wife and I both said it feels like we went on vacation to Grandma’s house. The smell and look of the house gave us the feel it’s a place you love going. We would definitely stay here again! Boonville is a beautiful small town that is worth a visit.

As a child growing up in Sedalia, I spent many hours and made many memories in this house. It was my grandmother's house, and I appreciate that Sara thoroughly researched the details that helped her keep the integrity of the house intact. She was very prompt in answering any questions I had and was very thoughtful in her preparation for our stay. The house was very clean and well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. Thank you, Sara, for a delightful weekend! We will definitely visit again!!

This property was exactly as pictured, and my guests were very pleased with the comfort and spaciousness it offered. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the most comforting scent. Each room featured a king-size bed and its own bathroom—a definite bonus. The open-concept layout made it easy to stay connected and enjoy conversations together. We only wish we had more time to explore the town. This is definitely a great spot for a quick couples' trip or a girlfriends' getaway!

Haven House New Comfortable and Clean Retreat

This house was perfect for us! We were in Sedalia for a funeral and this was just the most peaceful and quiet place for us to unwind and relax. Tammy helped us get another night so we wouldn’t have to leave for a 1:30 pm funeral at 10am and we would have a quiet place to return to after the funeral. We will most certainly use this house again! Thanks Tammy for being so understanding! Donna Hartman

We had a wonderful stay during my graduation ceremony at Columbia College. I traveled with my husband and friends—there were five of us in total—and the house was absolutely perfect for our group. It was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and had all the basic amenities we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and tidy, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the patio, which was a great spot to relax. Everything was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Five stars all the way—highly recommend!

The space is so cute and comfortable. They have done a great job with all of the little touches. The showerhead in the bathroom is amazing, and I want to order one for my home immediately. I love the clean designs of the decor and the quaint character of the architecture of the house. It was a perfect stay.
