The house is divided into two independent apartments: Senperenea I and II. Senperenea I accommodates four people. It has two double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. It also offers its own parking, pool table and fireplace. Landetxea bi apartment independentetan banatzen da: Senperenea I eta II. Senperenea I is a four-person dwelling. Bi gela bikoitz, komun bat, egongela, jangela eta sukaldea ditu. Aparkaleku propioa, billarra eta tximinia ere baditu.

The apartment is located in Arraioz, one of the small towns in the Baztán Valley. It's the perfect place to get to know the valley's most touristy sites, savor its famous gastronomic dishes, and explore the small corners scattered around the area. It also has a privileged location, because it is located a few kilometers from the Señorío de Bertiz Natural Park. The accommodation has two bedrooms, a bathroom, living/dining room and kitchen.
