Our accommodation was perfect! We were served by Simone, who works with Henrique, and she was extremely attentive and responsive — we feel very well taken care of. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and surprisingly spacious compared to others in the area. The location is undoubtedly one of the biggest highlights: in the heart of the South Zone, in Copanema, close to everything! We did pretty much everything on foot. We thank you very much for the warm reception and excellent service. We will definitely return!

The apartment is very nice, it is recycled to new, it is spacious and comfortable, it has everything you need to cook, toaster, coffee maker. The beds are comfortable, everything was according to our expectations or better. We only had a problem with a couple of air conditioners the weekend we arrived but João bought us a fan and took care of a technician to repair them. After that they worked perfect and kept the place super cool. Despite being about 3 blocks from the beach, the view is very nice and you can see the sunrise from one of the rooms and from the living room. The place is highly recommended.

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

My stay at Bianca's house was simply perfect! The place is wonderful, super well located and super comfortable. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, which made my experience even more enjoyable. It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. BEST HOST!!! We have collectively stayed in 100s of Airbnb’s and Marcos is by far the best host we’ve ever had. Anything you need Marcos is always on top of it. Incredibly kind and helpful guy! His space is amazing: spectacular view, quiet at night (fall asleep to the sound of the ocean), two routers with VERY fast wifi, ample space and comfortable beds. Right outside of the apartment is a walking/biking path that you can take for a short walk or bike to Leblon beach. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rio!

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. I am grateful to Ana for all information and availability.

Neide was super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The space has a wonderful balcony with an incredible view. It was very peaceful and a nice place to recharge after a few hectic days of travel.

We went to my daughter's wedding in Rio, and it was the best place we could have found... Adriana, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming... made us feel at ease. And the apartment was ideal, it was perfect, the location wonderful, the neighborhood, a beautiful view of the Sugarloaf, in front, close, and a good space for our dog, who by the way loved it... and when opening the door a delicious smell of everything tidy and clean, in the details. We love it, and we'll be back...!

This property is worth every penny. Great location, it's in between the best neighborhood of Rio (Copacobana & Ipanema). Walkable to the best & famous beaches, tons of great restaurants, grocery stores, bars, club, and many more. The host is very responsive, accommodating, flexible and generous with time. I highly recommend this place.

The place is small but cozy with all the possible amenities to cook, bathe and sleep, despite being in a busy place you do not hear anything from outside, the concierges are super attentive to our arrivals and departures and very good vibes. It is located in a super central place 10 minutes from the Cinelandia subway on foot, which connects with many tourist attractions and close to many attractive places such as the Selaron staircase and the Lapa arches on foot, in addition to the Lapa bars less than 1 block away, Uber arrives and leaves without problems and there is a 24-hour bakery, pharmacies and greengrocers very close. We loved the place and I 100% recommend staying there. Luiz is always attentive to our questions.

Olivia’s place is absolutely perfect. Very charming and nicely decorated. Very spacious and well equipped. Perfect for families! We were 5 there, me and my wife, a 75y old and my 2 kids (12 and 9 year old). It was perfect for all. Spotless clean and located at a very quiet/calm residential part of Leblon, but at same time at only a 5min walk (literally) from everything good Leblon has to offer (beach, restaurants, bars, nice shops). Very safe and modern building with all amenities. Garage spot should you need one a major plus. Olivia is a wonderful host (very responsive and make you feel at home). Don’t hesitate to book it.
