Beachfront holiday rental in Arpoador

Very nice, cozy spot for one or two people. Great location in Rio....easy access to Ipanema and Copacabana. Lots of restaurants nearby - but, that everywhere here in Rio! LOL! At least 3 restaurants on every block! I'd come here again.

The apartment is very well located in an area that is not the center but is a super exclusive area, the building has reception, security, a total luxury. Ana Beatriz was excellent she communicated before we arrived, she left us instructions and water in the fridge with chocolates, it was very delicate on her part. The apartment very clean, tal.como can be seen in the photos, facing the sea, easy access to the Playa bella de Barra. We had a great stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I and my family love the weekend. Mara is a great host, attentive and polite, a wonderful person! The house is beautiful, cozy and well organized!

Our experience at this place was consistently positive! The apartment is spacious, well equipped and perfectly located a few steps from Copacabana. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping, so nothing is missing. Particularly noteworthy is the very good air conditioning, which has provided pleasant temperatures, as well as the complete equipment of the apartment. The host was extremely friendly, communicative, and responded quickly to our messages, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Another plus: Even the doormen were super helpful and even organized a private parking for us so we didn't have to park on the street. Overall a recommendation – we'd come back anytime

Great stay! We love staying with the Elf and Carol! Very helpful, attentive and careful! The apartment is perfect, had everything and more! We're very happy with the MIMO we received! Clean towels and bedding! Location close to everything, very amazing especially for those who will get to know the sights of the city because it has easy access to all the locations! I had a good stay in the apartment of Stevan. The apto's location makes it much easier to move to other regions of Niterói or to Rio. The building is old and the premises are simple, but all clean. The host is very attentive, flexible and has great communication.

The apartment is extremely complete, clean, tidy. It is part of a hotel so there is hairdresser, bar, pool and several other amenities. There is reception staff which adds to the issue of safety. In addition, there are many elements in the accommodation that facilitate the stay. We loved it. We recommend it and are going to choose it again.

We had an amazing experience. The place is very organized, clean and welcoming. At the corner of the beach, close to everything. We had at our disposal all the utensils we need, the owner Wanda thought in the smallest detail to welcome a visitor. Not to mention that Wanda is a love, very polite and caring. Note miiiillll. A very well equipped, well-ventilated, clean and functional apartment. The shower water comes out strongly. It is a unit in a Condominium with reception staff with excellent predisposition. On P Level, there is a Buffet with excellent proposals and very good prices. We didn't get to use everything that is available (tennis courts, solarium pool) Monique was an excellent host. I would come back and recommend it!

Comfortable apartment with everything you need, very clean and its location in front of the pool is spectacular. Isodora is an excellent host, she always responded to inquiries and also recommended restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area. Highly recommended for going with children.

Let’s start off with, if you’re reading this book it before it’s gone! This is 10/10 bnb. one of the absolute best Air BNB I’ve stayed in. As we’re arriving from the states we arrived early. John and Charlotte made it possible for us to check in early! Huge help as we’re staying for two weeks and had lots of luggage! At arrival they had snacks, fruits, and cookies for us! First thing you see when you arrive is the beautiful view from the main window in the living room. We got the choice on how to set up the bedrooms! It was perfect as we were a large group. From John’s bnb there so many places to eat and even more as John provided many restaurants on a list for us! John and charlotte are super attentive. Twice we called them by accident and they responded writhin seconds to see if we were okay! Lastly our last day was Sunday and our flights weren’t till 9 pm! John allowed us to stay till we left at 6! Thank you again John and everyone from the door staff to charlotte! Obrigado🙏🏽 10/

I've been touring the world for years in search of extraordinary corners: This apartment was one of the best I've ever experienced in what I've been renting houses by the sea . It has the luxury that we value very little: it is the luxury of good taste and design . The house has everything to spend a few days at the beach in all its aspects : PERFECT . From the choice of their furniture , the collection of objects , their view and their comfort : CONGRATULATIONS TO THEIR OWNERS and their host ANDREA .

What an amazing place to stay in such a great location that was close to everything. The view from all windows was spectacular especially letting that ocean breeze. This place felt like home. Location was spot on with nearby restaurants, bars, shops and anything else you could think of. Beach is right across the street. Our host was so amazing to communicate with and she was so sweet, patient, understanding and flexible with all my request and needs. Best part of this booking was our communication. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

Inês is by far the best host I've ever seen in life. Receptive, polite, fun and attentive. The apartment is a show apart for all its beauty, location and comfort. I felt 100% at home and no desire to leave. The experience is worth every penny. I'm already looking forward to getting back to Rio and being able to stay in this paradise again. Wow! Just book it! This is by far the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. The art deco and brutalist style are also to die for…on top of the space being beautiful and breathtaking, Adriana was very responsive, and displayed exceptional hospitality. She went as far as cooking me lunch my first day, and walking me to the market! I would absolutely book again.

Great location, close to good restaurants, supermarket, easy access to Copacabana beach. Although there is no vacancy, it has good parking options nearby. Outside that for everyday life, you don't even need a car, to do everything on foot. The apartment is impeccable, renovated, with everything you need for a few days. Air conditioning and TV in every room help at the moment of beach rest.
