Small and functional location for short stays, good location, clean and practical space. The city's reasonable benefit cost for the period I went, which is why I do not like to travel in high season (cost). Marcus always enlightening and helpful. Township Responds Quickly to Demands. We are a large family with some members living in the US, some in Canada, some in Niteroi and some in São Paulo. As a group our ages range from 4 to 74. This was by far the best family vacation we have ever had. Everything exceeded expectations, from the house itself to the ease of dealing with very friendly and generous hosts. The very short walk to the beach means that several of us went for a stroll or a quick dip in the ocean several times a day. The beach scenery, which can be uniquely appreciated from the third floor of the house is spectacular. The house is large, clean, fully air conditioned and extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent. I have no hesitation in giving this experience the highest recommendation -- we will definitely come back!

Wonderful apartment, spacious and beautiful. Great location just 2 blocks away from the ocean. The host is very nice and flexible! Easy to communicate with and flexible with my changes. Highly recommend this apartment to all travelers coming to Rio De Janeiro! We also had a blast for the carnival!

We were in the apartment with my husband and 2 children, I highlight the comfort of finding ourselves facing the sea in a very quiet area to walk or go out with the boys. There is a supermarket Zona Sul 24 hs gated to the accommodation. Maria facilitated help when we need it and was flexible in the check-in and check-out times, in addition she offered us a change of towels in 2 opportunities. I would definitely return!

Great apartment, description and pictures are accurate. Very nice amenities (pool, gym, etc) in the condominium, large covered parking garage, and easy access to the beach. The area/neighborhood seemed very safe and appeared to be a popular spot for joggers. Excellent communication from the host, friendly and very quick to respond. Host was flexible, and in-person check in/out was extremely easy. Apartment was very clean on arrival. Mattresses were a little firm for me, but that's typical for Brazil. I would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.

Andre and Luiz's Airbnb is one of the best you can find in the Rio area when staying with a large group. There is tons of space, there are eight different beds, including two queen sized beds, and the outdoor space is a perfect spot for chilling after a long day. The only thing I would highlight as a negative is that it is a little far from the beach (~15 min walk), but the area surrounding the airbnb is charming with a park and both an e scooter and a bike station nearby to make getting around easier.
