Local pequeno e funcional para estadias curtas, boa localização, espaço limpo e prático. Custo benefício razoável pelo período que fui, motivo pelo qual não gosto de viajar em alta temporada (custo). Marcus sempre esclarecedor e solícito. Responde rápido às demandas. Fomos com uma cachorrinha pqna, e foi uma ótima estadia. Em breve voltaremos e estadia recomendada.

Suzana's place was great. Excellent location a block away from the beach. Close to many supermarkets. Many nice restaurants and bars close by. Everything worked well, washing machine, WiFi and AC. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We are a large family with some members living in the US, some in Canada, some in Niteroi and some in São Paulo. As a group our ages range from 4 to 74. This was by far the best family vacation we have ever had. Everything exceeded expectations, from the house itself to the ease of dealing with very friendly and generous hosts. The very short walk to the beach means that several of us went for a stroll or a quick dip in the ocean several times a day. The beach scenery, which can be uniquely appreciated from the third floor of the house is spectacular. The house is large, clean, fully air conditioned and extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent. I have no hesitation in giving this experience the highest recommendation -- we will definitely come back!

Wonderful apartment, spacious and beautiful. Great location just 2 blocks away from the ocean. The host is very nice and flexible! Easy to communicate with and flexible with my changes. Highly recommend this apartment to all travelers coming to Rio De Janeiro! We also had a blast for the carnival!

Estuvimos en el departamento con mi esposo y mis 2 hijos, resalto la comodidad de encontrarnos frente al mar en una zona muy tranquila para caminar o salir con los chicos. Hay un supermercado Zona Sul 24 hs pegado al alojamiento. Maria nos facilito ayuda cuando lo necesitamos y fue flexible en el horario de entrada y salida, además nos ofreció cambio de toallas en 2 oportunidades. Volvería sin dudarlo !

Great apartment, description and pictures are accurate. Very nice amenities (pool, gym, etc) in the condominium, large covered parking garage, and easy access to the beach. The area/neighborhood seemed very safe and appeared to be a popular spot for joggers. Excellent communication from the host, friendly and very quick to respond. Host was flexible, and in-person check in/out was extremely easy. Apartment was very clean on arrival. Mattresses were a little firm for me, but that's typical for Brazil. I would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.

Andre and Luiz's Airbnb is one of the best you can find in the Rio area when staying with a large group. There is tons of space, there are eight different beds, including two queen sized beds, and the outdoor space is a perfect spot for chilling after a long day. The only thing I would highlight as a negative is that it is a little far from the beach (~15 min walk), but the area surrounding the airbnb is charming with a park and both an e scooter and a bike station nearby to make getting around easier.
