La casa sul lago, relax e quiete meditativa, Orta

Appartamento articolato in ampio spazio con sala da pranzo, salotto e cucina. Grande tavolo che può essere usato come scrivania, ampia cucina, angolo divani con TV. Si gode di una bella vista dello spazio verde del giardino. Sopra un soppalco con travi a vista: uno spazio relax con divano letto due posti che diventa un letto molto confortevole. Un corridoio conduce alla camera da letto, con letto francese e il balconcino con vista sul lago e un bel tavolino. Accanto c'è il bagno con doccia.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Al centro di Dagnente, minuscola frazione di Arona sulle colline del Vergante, il lago di fronte e alle spalle i boschi e le montagne, si trova l'Asilo Infantile don Luigi Bellotti. Una casa in pietra realizzata alla fine del '700, il cui restauro è stato completato nel 2017, perfetta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità, ma anche base ideale per visitare i laghi Maggiore e d'Orta e le valli d'Ossola, Formazza e altri luoghi di interesse culturale e naturalistico.

Renovated in Scandinavian style, it has a spacious open-plan area (living, dining, kitchen), three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one is 0.80 sqm), a balcony, and a large terrace. This is my home, filled with my original artworks. As an artist, I prioritize ecology and recycling. Free parking is available. Corte del Sole has a large enclosed courtyard with a fountain, bench and games for children, private and covered parking for cars, or other. The apartment has a large terrace with table, the house is perfectly renovated and the amenities are new. The room has a quiet terrace overlooking the internal garden. We will be happy to accommodate you in our home and suggest the most fun activities to do in the area. Check-in with host on site.

Casa Verbena

"... se non son matti, non li vogliamo...". Ci troviamo in una via remota e tranquilla della Frazione Mombello di Laveno, a 3 Km dal lago, ma lo dominiamo dalla collina con una bellissima vista. L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente. Dal 1 di aprile 2023 è entrata in vigore " la tassa di soggiorno". Il costo è di euro 1,50 (a notte, per persona) per un massimo di 7 giorni. Sono esclusi i minori di 14 anni.
