The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

High-quality and allergy-friendly apartment … a place to feel good as a couple or with family, with plenty of light, underfloor heating, fireplace, gallery, fully equipped kitchenette. The house is situated in the old town center of Holzhausen in a quiet lane, the two apartments on the upper floor. In a few steps, you are in the hiking and cycling area at the Drei Gleichen with geological features and playgrounds and by car quickly in the Thuringian cultural cities and in the Thuringian Forest.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

The house is idyllically situated in a large grove, which makes it particularly quiet and close to nature, but at the same time in the immediate vicinity of the center of Arnstadt. Guests live in a completely separate apartment. The apartment is fully equipped and offers: Spacious kitchen with dining area, living room, cozy bedroom, modern bathroom. Thanks to the central location, shopping, restaurants and the train station are within walking distance (about 10 minutes).

Very nice - and tastefully newly furnished apartment in a rural area with very good connections to Erfurt, Arnstadt, Stadtilm and the Thuringian Forest. The apartment is suitable for a relaxing family vacation or business travelers. It is located on the first floor of a newly renovated 4-family house. Our apartment is about 80 square meters and has a fully equipped modern kitchen, a cozy living room, 2 bedrooms and a new floor-heated, barrier-free bathroom.
