The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The house is situated in the old town center of Holzhausen in a quiet lane, the two apartments on the upper floor. In a few steps, you are in the hiking and cycling area at the Drei Gleichen with geological features and playgrounds and by car quickly in the Thuringian cultural cities and in the Thuringian Forest.

Apartment am Seeberg

Welcome to the Apartment am Seeberg. Our 2-room apartment with terrace is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV, and a Fire TV stick. We have a small miniature pig, and behind our house is a paddock with horses, just like the Seeberg, which is perfect for walks, picnics, and hikes. Seebergen has bus and train connections, a lake for feeding the ducks, and a small playground for children. Shopping facilities are located in the nearest town (3 km). Gotha is 5 km away, and Erfurt is 15 km away.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

The house is idyllically situated in a large grove, which makes it particularly quiet and close to nature, but at the same time in the immediate vicinity of the center of Arnstadt. The apartment is suitable for a relaxing family vacation or business travelers. It is located on the first floor of a newly renovated 4-family house. Our apartment is about 80 square meters and has a fully equipped modern kitchen, a cozy living room, 2 bedrooms and a new floor-heated, barrier-free bathroom.
