Alle Möbel als individuelle Sonderanfertigung, Küchenarbeitsplatte und Essbar Beton/ Holzeinlegearbeiten/ Epoxidharz. Duschbad mit Betonspachteltechnik, wobei aufgrund der sehr eingeschränkten Platzsituation Dusche und WC räumlich nicht getrennt werden konnten.

Lives in the former Rochwitz smithy directly in the old town center. Living area, kitchenette and bed are in a cozy bright room. If necessary, two more beds, as well as a travel cot and highchair can be provided. With fresh rolls from the village baker across the street, you can start the day with a cozy breakfast. The apartment is quiet, yet you will surely hear children's voices from school and kindergarten through the open windows.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
