Holiday rentals with a patio in Arnsberg

We were super satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, and most importantly warm! The host is friendly and proactive, and went out of their way to get us new internet after some road work cut it for the building - not their fault or responsibility, and they still made sure we have a stable internet. Also checked up on us and whether we need any other amenities. If we visit Bochum again, this would be our choice.

A great place to stay in an upscale location – clean, stylishly decorated and well equipped. The exclusive charm makes the stay particularly pleasant, even for longer periods absolutely recommended!

We are very grateful for the clean, quiet and large accommodation! Michael welcomed us super nicely and the hosts were so understanding even when our son played louder. Everything was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures! The bathroom is a dream! Definitely recommended.

Our stay was really great! Gina is a very sweet person who communicated very well and the cottage was very cozy and lovingly furnished. The garden is fantastically beautiful, you can sit outside in the sun and have breakfast. We were there as a family and all had enough privacy to retreat. Thanks Gina!

Great apartment for a ski holiday, only 20 minutes to the ski resort. Apartment was well equipped. Communication with Kathrin was great! The kids were very happy to take a look at the rabbits, really warmly! We will be happy to come back!

The apartment was lovely. Our host provided many extras that made our stay perfect. Would definitely recommend, perfect for couples. The price and location are just right and was everything and more than expected.

The stay with 7 people (5 adults and 2 children) in the beautiful apartment was great! The house was very clean, nice bathrooms, comfortable and very extensively equipped. The kids had a great time with the ping pong table/darts etc. Cozy to turn on the fireplace in the evening and the bedrooms were comfortable. Communication with Martina was great. If anything came up, she responds very quickly and her husband comes by to fix it. Nice tour and story given by her husband, about the pigs, which they have on the property. Very cozy, in summer even a swimming pool and there is a large garden to play for children. All in all, we have enjoyed! Tip restaurant; Gasthaus Suer. Very cozy and delicious food. We'd love to come back!

Laureen's home is carefully thought out, modern but homely with everything we needed for our holiday. The patio and garden were lovely to sit out in the sunshine and our children loved the swing. We all enjoyed our stay thank you!

We had three really nice days in Nina's apartment and felt super comfortable right from the beginning. Communication with her was totally straightforward – she was always available, responded super quickly and gave us super clear information. The apartment itself is in top condition, very clean and really nicely decorated – you can tell that it has been thinking. Everything worked smoothly and the handling was totally easy. The house - in a nice vintage style - is in a beautiful area, near Winterberg. With a fifteen-minute drive you are at the slopes, where you can easily park. There are several restaurants on the same street as the house, but it is otherwise nice and quiet. Due to circumstances, we were there a day shorter and less than planned with one family member; we would also have liked to visit the suspension bridge nearby and skied for an extra day. Hopefully we can get back to the resit soon. Host Daan is fantastic; nice, fast communication and super helpful. Thank you!

We had a very nice, albeit rainy time, in Alexandra's cute house. Everything you need is there, the dog also felt very comfortable and the garden is very nice. We'll be happy to come back. The communication with Alexandra was straightforward and easy.

A very nice small apartment in which I felt right at home. It was very clean and there was everything that made the stay pleasant. The apartment is very quietly located in a residential area. The village center can be reached on foot through the beautiful park in about 15 minutes. Shopping is also nearby. I met Daniel as a very friendly host. Check in and check out went smoothly. Daniel is very flexible with the period of arrival or departure. Conclusion: A little insider tip!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very friendly and communicative, which made check-in and check-out super easy. The location was convenient and quiet. The apartment had most of the essentials, though we did notice there was no iron available. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but could be helpful for future guests.

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

I had the pleasure of staying at the "Family Friendly for Work and Leisure with Cinema" on the Diemelsee, and it was an outstanding experience. The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished, which immediately gives a feeling of comfort. Particularly impressive was the in-house cinema, which is a highlight for both children and adults. The location near the Diemelsee offers numerous recreational opportunities, whether hiking, swimming or just enjoying nature. The hosts were extremely accommodating and made sure we didn't miss anything. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect combination of work and leisure in an idyllic setting.

It was our second stay at the apartment and we were very satisfied as last time. Very spacious, very tidy and the Arcadeon was easily accessible on foot. Communication and check-in went smoothly.
