Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Arnsberg

We stayed at Anita's place for the second time. Like two years ago, it was very clean. The space complies with the descriptions. The sauna works great and warms up relatively quickly. The area is also great, there are a lot of nice activities. We missed the no longer existing hot tub (which was clearly not included in photos or description), but otherwise everything was great. Beautiful and bright wooden house. The kitchen and living room are flooded with light because of the large windows. Large and modern bathroom with attached sauna next door. Good mattresses. The rooms are a little clairvoyant. The house has a large yard, good parking with canopy and a well-kept and large garden.

We spent some nice days at Klaus's place in Selkentrop. The accommodation is newly renovated, totally cozy, clean and is very quiet and close to nature – ideal for a small break with children. Especially great: the private playground right by the house. Everything was well equipped and child friendly (high chair, fall-out protection by the bed). Otherwise, everything was great and Klaus, who lives on the property with his family, was very friendly and easily accessible.

Only thing that I can say it was a perfect stay, big thanks to Andrea and Thomas for their hospitality!

We had a lovely 4 days here. We were able to retreat and relax here in peace. At the same time, there was plenty to do in the area if we wanted to get out. The house offers plenty of options for entertaining. Suitable for all ages.

Nice quiet cottage with beautiful view. Fully equipped. Highly recommended to discover the Sauerland from here.

We spent a weekend with friends at Olga's place. The house corresponds to the photos and is both beautiful and practical. We didn't miss anything and we felt completely comfortable. Olga responds super quickly to all inquiries!

We were with a large group including baby with Heleen and her husband and we loved the accommodation: spacious, sufficient toilets and bathrooms for the group size, lots of parking, opportunities to stay indoors and outdoors - we liked it very much!

Relaxing short weekend in a beautiful location Silvia is a very accommodating and helpful host. We had a quick one in the morning and she really immediately sent a handyman over who got the heaters and the wifi back in. We were even allowed to check in earlier and stay longer🙏🏼. The apartment is located in a unique location directly in nature. We were able to start with both dogs right from the front door. Beds were very comfortable. We slept very well in the fresh linens. Everything was perfect for us! Fred's place is modern-rustically decorated and pretty much has everything you need. Both in the rain and in the sunshine. Great location for a hiking holiday. A small drive to the nearest larger towns. Very clean! Rarely had such A clean Airbnb. Gladly come back. M

We had a wonderful weekend. We were warmly welcomed and the fireplace burned on arrival. We felt right at home. It felt cozy, cozy and cared for. There were five of us, but a nice bed was also prepared for the fifth. The little girl still played outside at the playhouse where she could glide and bake the slide and sandcats in the sandpit. We overlooked the garden with a forest behind it. It was wonderfully quiet. In short: we enjoyed it very much!

Very friendly and accommodating hosts. The apartment is very spacious and stylishly furnished. All in all a very good stay. Highly recommended.

It felt like an Ibiza vacation. The outdoor area can really not be exceeded and everything is very stylishly furnished inside. Thomas was super friendly and if you had a concern, you could always write to him. Oven and dishwasher would have been optional quite practical but definitely does not affect our review, because otherwise everything was a 10/10. We will definitely be back!

We had a short hiking holiday in Winterberg. For this, the apartment was ideally located. The apartment corresponded to the tender and we felt comfortable there. We loved the use of the sauna and pool after the hike. We can recommend the apartment in good conscience.

Booked this stay several times and ideally located next to the Bikepark The Mother. The city center is a 15-minute walk away. Next time!

Apartment located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. There were three of us and we felt comfortable the two nights in the apartment. Communication with the landlords was very nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back

Beautiful house for an unforgettable weekend away with our friend group. It was our own private castle! Large rooms, comfortable beds, and kitchen and bathrooms were large, clean and well equipped. We were greeted very friendly by the house’s caretaker and contact during and after our stay was very pleasant and friendly. Two small remarks: some of the rooms didn’t have curtains or blinds to block out daylight, and in some rooms the light switches were not working properly or confusing to use. But those are just minor issues because we had an amazing time in the villa. Thank you!

Perfect home for us to cycle with some friends in the region in the region. Kitchen was well equipped, clean and large living room. Bedrooms were fine. Location is perfect and easily accessible. Instructions to get in were clear. You can sit there on the balcony and there is a large garage to store our bicycles. Definitely a note!

A tastefully decorated cottage that has the most you need. As also indicated in the advertisement, there are no towels or spices/oil/baking paper on site, but you get a small starter package with cloth, sponge, dishwasher and dish tablets as well as soap for the bathrooms. Our dog also got a small welcome package, which we were very happy about. The house is clean and nicely decorated, without much frills. The location is accordingly narrow for a holiday home development but still quite quiet, you can walk to the village and to two summer toboggan runs.

Overall a really perfect stay. The house was exactly as presented and hoped. Plenty of space, plenty of sleeping options, sauna, bathtub, great kitchen and and and... Sabrina also left the pool "open" so that we could take ice baths before and after each sauna session. Simply phenomenal and highly recommended. Note on the four star categories. Here I was extremely petty. The location is on a busy road and not in the countryside - it didn't bother us, but maybe you should know. The apartment was also super clean and tidy but of course you notice that people usually live in it. And that didn't bother us, but it's not a five-star hotel. As mentioned - I was now very petty, so I don't give out five stars everywhere! 😅 But overall highly recommended for six people!

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and the open fireplace is really the best for spending the cold winter evenings. The ski slopes of Winterberg are just a few minutes away, but there are plenty of other things to do in the surrounding area. We simply loved it.
