Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Arnolds Park

Wonderful place, plenty of room for the whole family. Loved the large dinning room table for eating dinner and playing games!

10 out of 10! I will be staying here again during our next Okoboji trip. The home is so spacious, has literally anything and everything that you could need. The beds and linens were perfection (in fact I bought the comforter online while we were there). The extra parking across the street was perfect to park our truck and trailer since we brought our boat. And the VIEW!!!! I can’t say enough good things about this home and we look forward to staying here again 😁

This house worked perfect for us. We only needed a place to sleep and get ready, as we had family who lived in town and we spent all of our time with them at their house. We comfortably slept 6 adults and 2 kids + a baby in a pack-n-play. It is exactly as described! Thanks for a great stay Carrie!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for a weekend getaway. We came to relax and this was the perfect place. We loved the location where we can hangout outside or inside. You can fish off the dock and bring the boat up to the dock. Sarah was super friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend this stay!

My family of 5 had an amazing time at Brandon's Boji Bungalow! The home matched the description, and was even better in person. The beds were so comfortable. Each of the kids raved about how much they appreciated the space; the boys really dug the loft area and our daughter enjoyed camping out in the bedroom off the bathroom. We didn't get the chance to make s'mores, but looked like a great set-up. We felt so comfortable in the space; it was clean, kitchen was stocked which allowed us to make meals at home some of the time. It was also super helpful to have a few plastic containers in the drawer, too, as this made it easier to pack up snacks for the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much and hope to visit again; would definitely rate 10/10.

Excellent home & location! Very clean and comfortable. Nice, quality finishings. Plenty of towels, dishes, silverware, etc. Great backyard for a game of bags. Handicap accessible. Quiet neighborhood but close to so many attractions. We have family in the area and others in surrounding states and this is a great place for us all to meet up a few times a year. I will definitely be booking this place again! Steve and Jodi were excellent hosts and we were grateful to be able to stay here vs a hotel!

We had a very nice, relaxing time at this Airbnb rental. The lake was serene and neighborhood was quiet. It was “off season” and in a small town so not very many things to do, but we didn’t mind because we just wanted to have a staycation with family. Brent gave us flexible check-in, which was nice with little kids. The house had toys available to play with, and our toddler loved the small lawn chairs to sit on! We had a great time. My only qualm would be the amount of Asian lady beetles inside the house, we would kill dozens a day. Other than that, the house was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed!

We had a great time in this condo. It was a great space for a small extended family getaway with 5 adults and 2 kids. I wish we had more time to enjoy some of the other things in the Okoboji area!

Great place to crash, over all clean, plenty of fresh towels! There are no closest or dressers though.. which I may have missed in the listing, but either way when you rent a house type space I feel as though you should have somewhere to put your belongings. Other than that, very affordable find!

We had a wonderful stay at Janie’s condo in Okoboji with our 3 kids. Great view of the water, easy access on ground floor, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and has everything you need! The kids enjoyed using the Spike Ball game outside. The fire table outside is a nice plus for chillier days. Highly recommend choosing Janie’s condo!

Kathi’s place is a gem. She was extremely communicative and helpful when checking in. The location directly across from a park and the lake. There are plenty of trails for running or biking. There are also a multitude of restaurants within a short drives distance. The inside was rustic and you could tell a lot of work was put into the house. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was great as well. I would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to people visiting! It’s an absolute gem!

Close to all things okoboji. Cute little cabin like feel.

Jesse has the absolute perfect place to stay and play in Okoboji! Walkable to most places, very safe, private. The hosts are so incredibly kind and accommodating. They didn’t miss a thing, this Airbnb has all you need and more! We cannot wait to come back and stay!

We needed a last minute place for winter games and Sherri’s place was available. It worked perfectly for our group and had everything we needed. We have a seasonal home in the lakes area but I will definitely have our summer time guests stay here!

We stayed here in March 2024, and were very happy and satisfied with our stay, the amenities, and how very clean everything was. We would definitely come back again for a stay. Our granddaughters enjoyed the Bridges Bay waterpark! Gregory was very prompt with his response to any questions I had. It was a good weekend!

Matt was a great host, we had a fabulous time at the lake and this location is perfect and close to everything!

House was very clean! Beds were as you would want for your own home - not randomly placed for more sleeping accommodations. We will definitely rebook here if we are ever back in town. Jodi was extremely quick with responses to questions.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house had enough beds to accommodate my family which was important to us. She provided a pack and play for our infant. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook meals. There were plenty of places to sit and eat inside and out. Having access to the pool was an added perk, once the weekend was over, we were the only ones using it which was nice!! Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

We needed a place to unplug for a couple of days and it was perfect! Well equipped kitchen and charming nautical theme. Spacious backyard on a paved public trail. We visited off season to enjoy the quiet beaches, parks, coffee shops and a candy store.

Had a wonderful evening celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday with her close friends. There was room for all of us to gather and separate space for each couple.

Great stay and super close to everything. Felt really safe and had a lot of room for everyone. I would book again!
