Our Studios are situated in a beautiful and historic area, walking distance from the train station and the center of town, and a block away from the green heart of Arnhem, Sonsbeek Park. Our fully furnished self contained studio apartments allow you a degree of independence that hotel rooms, and bed and breakfasts can't offer, with your own kitchenette, entrance, bathroom, seating area and communal use of the garden and washer/dryer. We strive to be your home away from home, and with all the stores and amenities right on the doorstep you will be very happy with your choice.

Our apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with the most important comforts. Cooking facilities including pans and dishes, an oven/microwave and a fridge. TV, Wi-Fi, private shower and toilet (small bathroom), 2 separate bedrooms upstairs, with 1 single bed and a cot and 1 king-size double bed. (This room with air conditioning) The apartment has its own front door, its own terrace, little overlooking and is within walking distance of amenities. An information folder about activities in the area is available.

2 streets behind the Klarendalseweg, in the middle of the Modekwartier, you are in the coziness, but still wonderfully quiet in this nice upstairs apartment (1st & 2nd floor). The nice, bright spaces, fresh colors, large windows and the spacious balcony offer a wonderful place from which you can discover the city of Arnhem, but also the Veluwe. I am still finishing up in the kitchen and live here myself when I am not renting, so there are also personal items present; nice and homely 😉

Casa Nova Arnhem

The fully equipped studio, with its own bathroom with toilet, kitchen/living room and bedroom, is equipped with every comfort. There is free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The bedroom has an extra-long bed. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle and a fridge with freezer compartment. Practical items are provided, such as coffee cups, tea, olive oil and kitchen towels. The bed will be made up ready, towels sitting ready.

It was built at the end of 1800 and furnished in the classic Jugendstil style. The top floor is entirely for guests' own use, and in addition to a nostalgic history, it also radiates hospitality. The house has no elevator.Complete use of own private apartment 50m2 incl. Kitchen / bathroom and bedroom. Great location: For a longer stay you'll get lower price.

This minimalist yet cosy flat, 40m2, features a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. There are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. Free parking within walking distance. Suitable for 2 adults. It is possible for a third person to stay overnight on the sofa.

You are within a 5-minute walk of the city center, 3 minutes from the beautiful Sonsbeekpark, 5 minutes from the fashion quarter and 10 minutes from the central station. Despite being in a central top location, it is a quiet neighborhood without noise pollution. Around the corner is a bus stop to take you to the Hoge Veluwe, Burgers Bush, Kroller Muller museum, or the Airborne museum in Oosterbeek.
