De zit/slaapkamer heeft een boxspringbed met 2 relaxfauteuils om uit te rusten na een dagje shoppen en/of cultuur. Wij verrassen u met een mooi ontbijt (inclusief). 2 straatjes achter de Klarendalseweg, middenin het Modekwartier, zit je zó in de gezelligheid, maar toch heerlijk rustig in deze fijne bovenwoning (1e & 2e etage). de fijne, lichte ruimtes, frisse kleuren, grote ramen en het ruime balkon bieden een heerlijke plek van waaruit je de stad Arnhem, maar ook de Veluwe perfect kunt ontdekken. ik ben in de keuken nog aan het afwerken en woon hier zelf wanneer ik niet verhuur, dus er zijn ook persoonlijke spulletjes aanwezig; lekker huiselijk 😉

Casa Nova Arnhem

De volledig uitgeruste studio, met eigen badkamer met toilet, keuken/zitkamer en slaapkamer, is voorzien van alle gemakken. Er is gratis Wifi en airco. De slaapkamer is voorzien van een bed met extra lengte. De keuken is voorzien van een combimagnetron, 4 pitskookplaat, vaatwasser, Nespressomachine, waterkoker en een koelkast met vriesgedeelte. Praktische zaken zijn aanwezig zoals koffiecupjes, thee, olijfolie en keukendoeken. Het bed is opgemaakt en de handdoeken liggen klaar.

This cozy apartment with no less than three entrances has a lovely vaulted ceiling. Its warm travertine floors are heated. In the bed room the Auping double bed is adjustable. A stone stairway leads directly into the garden. Adjoining the bed room are a toilet with sink and a walk-in shower. In the living room there is an extra single bed, and a coach and sofa. There is an interactive flatscreen tv with blue-ray player, a dining table for four, and an open kitchen under the stairs.

The stylish apartment is located near the Beautiful Sonsbeek Park and only a few minutes' walk from the center of Arnhem. It was built at the end of 1800 and furnished in the classic Jugendstil style. The top floor is entirely for guests' own use, and in addition to a nostalgic history, it also radiates hospitality. The house has no elevator.Complete use of own private apartment 50m2 incl. Kitchen / bathroom and bedroom. Great location: For a longer stay you'll get lower price.

Ruimtelijk heerlijk licht appartement met balkon, en centraal gelegen. Je bevindt je op 5 minuten loopafstand van het centrum, 3 minuten van het prachtige sonsbeekpark, 5 minuten van het modekwartier en 10 minuten van het centraal station. Ondanks dat je op een centraal toplocatie zit, is het een rustige buurt zonder geluidshinder. Om de hoek bevindt zich een bushalte om je naar de Hoge Veluwe, Burgers Bush , Kroller Muller museum, of de Airborne museum in Oosterbeek te brengen.
