Vous disposez d'une entrée complètement indépendante. Le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue. A 15 mins à pied du circuit des 24 h du mans et à 7 mins du parc des expositions du Mans. Pour les motos, la réservation est de 3 nuits min du jeudi au dimanche. Pour les 24h auto et "Le Mans Classic": 4 nuits min du mercredi au dimanche.

Agréable studio situé en plein centre du Mans, proche gare et circuit (10mn en transport en commun ou voiture), au pied du tramway. Composé d'une pièce de vie/chambre, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Places de parking disponibles à 2mn en transport, 5mn à pieds. Proche de toutes commodités. Nous aimons remettre les clés à nos voyageurs en mains propres. Néanmoins, après 20h, ces dernières peuvent être récupérées dans la boîte à clés. Linge de lit fourni. Serviette 5€ en supplément.
