5 minutes (by car) and 25 minutes (on foot) from the Le Mans 24h circuit, charming small totally independent studio in very quiet area (arranged in an annex of the house) you benefit from a private entrance overlooking a square where it is very easy to park. The studio has a fitted and equipped kitchen (microwave oven, fridge, stovetop) as well as a bathroom with toilet. A closet is available for you to store your clothes available for storing your clothes.

Hi , I offer you my house composed of: - a large living room overlooking the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. - 5 bedrooms equipped with 4 double beds and a 5th with 2 single beds (+1 baby bed if needed) - 2 bathrooms with bath and shower. Bed linen + towels are included. The main entrance to the circuit is 10 minutes by bike. the entire property is fenced and closed by a gate. Large space to park several vehicles in front.
