Enjoy the 2nd floor of our family home. It is a mansion built in the late 19th century. The 160 m2 self-contained apartment is entirely for your use. In downtown Beaupréau, 10 minutes from the entrance to Cholet, 35 minutes from the entrance to Nantes, 45 minutes from Angers, 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 40 minutes from Puy du Fou, 1 hour 20 minutes from the ocean. The Maison Douceur is planted on the classified banks of the Loire where the view is breathtaking. It is ideal for a stay in absolute rest in a magical setting. Two beautiful terraces: one overlooking the Loire and the other overlooking the countryside that stretches to the horizon. 100 m from the Loire by Bike, the walks are exceptional.

The cottage is composed of a house at the foot of a mill that combines the charm of the old with modern decor and amenities. Location: 25 min from Nantes, 50 min from Angers, 40 min from Cholet, 55 min from Puy du Fou and 1 hour from the Atlantic Coast The cottage is ideally located a few km from the banks of the Loire and the towns of Champtoceaux and Liré. You can visit the nearby Natural'Par animal park, the Boissière du Doré zoo or the pottery village in Fuilet.

In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
