Welcome to a renovated old bread oven in the village, converted into an apartment in the heart of Bouzillé, close to amenities. This picturesque village is perched on the slopes of the Mauges and offers a pretty panorama of the Loire. It is an ideal destination for lovers of nature, heritage and tranquility, away from the tourist crowds. The apartment is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate 4 people with the sofa bed on the ground floor. It is also possible to park bicycles or motorcycles upon request.

Enjoy the 2nd floor of our family home. It is a mansion built in the late 19th century. You have the entire 160 m2 apartment to yourself. In the city center of Beaupréau, 10 minutes from the entrance to Cholet, 35 minutes from the entrance to Nantes, 45 minutes from Angers, 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 1 hour 20 minutes from the Ocean. There are 2 bedrooms to choose from out of the 5, (for 5 beds max + 1 baby) a recreation room/kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet.

Fully equipped kitchen, connected TV with Wi-Fi and free Netflix Beds made on arrival.

Clear and bright, this quiet apartment is suitable for both professional and tourist stays. Located in the heart of the Angers, Nantes, Cholet triangle, it is close to Lacroix (Beaupréau) and Thalès (Cholet) companies, the banks of the Loire (20 minutes) or even Puy du Fou (40 minutes) and 2 km from Cinéville. Refurbished in 2024, the apartment is fully equipped for 1 to 4 people, also available for very short stays (1 night).

Guest house near Puy du Fou

You have a fully private space with independent entrance, bathroom, equipped kitchen and office upstairs. We provide you with everything you need for breakfast. 5 min walk from the train station Puy du Fou 25 minutes by car. Parc Oriental de Maulévrier 15 minutes away. Hellfest 30 minutes away. I will have the pleasure of welcoming you but a key box is available for late arrivals.

248 Riverside is the former Rabotière café that was completely renovated by an architect and decorator in 2020. Ideally located 5 km from Ancenis, the house has exceptional views of the Loire with two beautiful terraces on stilts. One side faces the Loire and the other faces the garden. ​
