Holiday rentals with beach access in Arma di Taggia

Fabulous stay! The walkability to literally everything is so invaluable. Groceries, restaurants, the beautiful promenade, and, of course, the beach is exceptional! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Although the apartment is only about two blocks from the “main vehicular drag” it’s very quiet and the views are to die for. I appreciated the full bathtub too. Perfect of relaxing in after of full day of exploring!

We felt comfortable from the first moment. Everything was very clean and smelling. The garden offers a great view to the sea. Bartolomeo's mother also gave us tips on where to walk our dog without having to be on a leash. Cipressa was great tip and beautiful. We would book this location again immediately!! The location is amazing— right next to the beach and the markets, and lots of restaurants and shops in the old city. There are many bars open late all around the apartment. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Our host was very helpful and responsive.

We came 4 years ago with my wife and for this getaway with my son, the accommodation and hospitality of Thomas were again perfect. The apartment is luxurious and just waiting for you to relax with its breathtaking view. A stone's throw from Monaco, it offers the pleasure of resting wonderfully after wandering through the fabulous Monegasque city or on the coastal path. Thomas' addresses are still great. Don't hesitate for a second.

Cyrille was really friendly and responsive and the studio was clean and well equipped. The views were absolutely gorgeous and would highly recommend this stay.

Second time here, after 6 years - still wonderful and stunning views! The is everything you might need in the apartment. Walking to Menton is very comfortable. Beautiful place to see both France and Italy!

Welcoming, responsive and caring host. Clean, well-equipped and very well-located accommodation. We did everything on foot without having to move the vehicle. Mila offered us a lot of activities to do, better must-sees and good restaurants. I highly recommend it!

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️

I can’t say enough good things about my stay with Jean-Paul, Natalie, and Axelle! No photo or description can do the view justice - it’s incredible. The apartment itself was super clean and tidy and had some helpful amenities you don’t think of when traveling - including washing machine, an electric kettle, and a really great rain shower :) Would absolutely stay again! Just a note that the trains are about 15/20 minutes away by foot, which was a nice little walk for some but might be challenging for others as there are quite a lot of steps! Don’t let that deter you - it is so worth it!! Axelle was super responsive, helpful, and flexible which made it a completely stress free stay!

We really enjoyed our time at Sylvie’s villa. The villa was clean and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, the shower was pleasant and it has all the utensils we needed. We were checked in my Sylvie’s neighbour who was very friendly and helpful. Sylvie was always quick to reply to messages if we had any questions. The view is stunning from the villa. The bus to Monaco is at the bottom of the steps and only took 10mins. It’s a 10min walk down to the train station (we would have struggled to walk up the hill with suitcases so we got an Uber). It is an easy walk of about 15 minutes to the supermarket. We walked up the hill to the old village and castle. It is a very steep walk but worth it. We are at the Italian which was lovely. They were also great with children. We would definitely stay again!

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

A beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, very clean and spacious. The balcony was nice and gave us a chance to sit outside, even with the facade construction. They have an umbrella and mats for the beach that you can take which seemed really nice and convenient if staying more than one night. A few downsides are they charged an extra $35 per person- I think for a one night stay this is pretty steep for “electricity, water, and amenities”. Also, the hot water ran out midway through a second shower. Finally, I know it’s Airbnb and not someone’s full time job but a 4 hour window to check in and having to coordinate a specific time to meet the host was inconvenient. We ended up paying about $20 to store our bags at the train and had to make sure we got back at a specific time after a day out to meet to check in. Im sure it would have been more fine if we stayed multiple days but for one day, it was a lot to set up. The space itself is beautiful, the AC worked well and the bed was comfy.

Parking in the community was excellent…you could choose between street parking within the gated community or garage parking. The host (Elisa) was 10-star or above….typical response time was “immediate”. Answered all questions, made excellent recommendations on restaurants, bakeries, public transportation. Views from an oversized balcony/patio were exceptional. We felt very secure. Bus lines are right outside the building and can take you in any direction on the Riviera coastline….learn and use public transportation…it’s inexpensive and runs frequently. And the closest beach is a 5 to 10 minute walk downhill….access to the promenade and Old Town and other beaches via bus/tram. Remember to bring water shoes as these are rock beaches, not sand. First time to Nice, France….we will be back…wonderful place and exceptional hosts!!

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.
