Excellent stay in a small house full of charm. We came as a couple for 3 days of cycling and we were won over by the region and especially by the incredible setting of the property. What a view! Far from everything, the car is essential, but you could stay there and bask all day, the place is so magical. Michel and Véronique are very warm, welcoming and available people!

Our host was available, accommodating and very friendly throughout our exchanges. Comfortable bedding, modern amenities, we don't want to leave!

Céline and her husband are great hosts with whom communication was natural. The accommodation, ideal for a couple, is beautiful (tastefully decorated and modern). The pool is a real plus in hot weather. A real corner of paradise, very quiet! Highly recommended (we will surely return).

We stayed in Frederique's cottage for two nights. It was very clean with an abundance of little extras to make our stay homely. Frederique was very welcoming to us and our border collie dog. The surroundings were very peaceful in a glorious setting with fabulous views.

We had very good discussions with Thomas. Very well-equipped cottage, with everything you need to have a great stay. Independent entrance, warm welcome from a few cats. And the icing on the cake, the veranda! A small cocooning corner with a magnificent view, to recharge after a walk.... We even saw a doe jump in the grass next to the house. In short, a great place to disconnect

The accommodation is very cute, perfect for a few days as a couple in Ardèche. It's as described. Gloria's good humor and tips are a real plus. In these rainy days the accommodation was a little wet because of its construction on the rock side but I think it is not a problem in dry weather.

A very short but very pleasant stay. We were received with great kindness and attention. The very new accommodation is very well designed and the location is superb. We were able to have breakfast on a sunny terrace with no neighbours overlooking and a magnificent view of the forest. We are really in the middle of nature. We'll be back with great pleasure. We discovered this small village in the middle of this peaceful valley. House/Stone cottage, well equipped, terrace overlooking the house just below the Thorrenc castle. Several trails and hiking trails. A change of scenery guaranteed, I recommend it without a second thought!

Warm and very pleasant house to live in. Decorated with great care. The calm around is a real blessing to cut and take time on the large terrace. Thank you to our hosts for sharing this place. Note, almost no network.

I agree with the other reviews. Very good welcome from Monique and Gilbert (quick response and flexible check-in time). Peaceful place in a beautiful environment.

Family weekend (my husband and I, our 2 daughters and their spouses). Great accommodation, peaceful place, which invites you to relax. Pleasant sheltered terrace for eating. Sun loungers in the garden, we would have stayed longer! Possibility of parking a vehicle inside and possibility of parking several vehicles outside. We will undoubtedly return for a future weekend in Ardèche.

We really liked Veronique’s house. Four of us stayed, there was more than enough space for us all. The house is very well equipped with pretty much everything we needed and more. The garden is full of places to sit, which is really nice. It is spacious and full of bird song. The house has huge character and is in lovely condition. The stairs between the floors are quite steep and narrow but we soon got used to them. Having multiple bath/shower rooms and toilets was very helpful. Access to the property is a little tricky but once we found it things were fine. If you are a not so steady on your feet be aware that access by foot is uneven, but it is no problem. It is also not flat. Parking down in the village car park was easy and safe. The area is very quiet and highly recommended, a lovely part of France. The markets in Lamastre are excellent as are many of the local options for meals, but be aware the best of them are lunchtime only without going a bit further afield.

Quiet cottage, near a river, and in a beautiful setting, we were very well received, the owners are really nice and friendly, and the cottage is in impeccable condition.
