Detached house with enclosed courtyard, 38 m² terrace and 40 m² sheltered garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room and terrace, living room and toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with dressing room and a bathroom (Italian shower and 150 cm bathtub) + toilet. On the top floor, the renovated attic offers a large space with 2 single beds.

The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

Small mountain house located at an altitude of 86O meters in the heart of an ecological project. The Refuge du Loir is 40 meters from our house and is accessed by a private path from the parking lot. There is a very large terrace to enjoy the view and sunshine and everything you need inside for a good stay! PS: Following many negative reviews about the path, we specify that it is a bumpy path but passable by car!

After many years of renovation, the time has come. Since April 2024, our site has finally had access to a full-fledged gite. Completely renovated and beautifully finished, the "entrepôt" is ready for rent.
