Excellent! Was glad to find this place for a last minute trip.

We stayed at the Fox den cottage for our 1 year wedding anniversary. We really enjoyed how close to downtown it was and how walkable it was. The neighborhood was very beautiful as well and we enjoyed morning walks back to Little Eureka Lake. The cottage itself was cozy and plenty of room for us. Would be great if you had kids as there is a loft. We would definitely stay here again !

The cottage was immaculate and in a great location. Antoinette is a wonderful host. She accommodated my leave time and kept in touch during a significant storm the night I stayed. Highly recommend!

Michele is a friendly host and her BNB was a great choice for our short getaway in Bentonville. It's only a few minutes walk from downtown Bentonville and all the fun things to do in the area. The BNB is private, quiet, and cozy. We can feel Michele put thought and care into making her BNB comfortable and convenient for guests. 10/10 would recommend.

Great spot! Clean, comfortable and a cute little welcome dog the greeted us on arrival and said good morning the next day. ONLY con is that as a busy family who doesn’t know how long it’s going to actually take us to get places on road trips due to potty breaks etc I love when places have electronic locks so that no one else is waiting on us. I always feel bad when a host wants to greet us and I have to change the time and make them wait. Regardless, they were there to greet us when we finally made it with a welcome smile. Thanks!!

It’s a beautiful space. The location is a little iffy. But I felt super secure since the property is behind a gate! Claretha is an amazing host!

Doug’s place is really comfortable and even more spacious than I expected. We only stayed one night, but it has the room you may need for longer stays as well. The bed is comfy and the shower is GREAT! We would happily stay again if life brings us to Little Rock in the future.

Excellent location. Quiet cabin that was updated and relaxing. Tami checked on us frequently but the location was private as well. Loved relaxing on the front porch and watching the hummingbirds.

Cozy townhouse-style building off to the side of the main residence. Everything was great, the layout however requires going down a steep flight of stairs to get to the kitchen and bathroom which gave us lots of exercise. If stairs aren’t an issue, this is an excellent place to stay!

The space was amazing and made us feel right at home. The downtown farmers market is good to walk through along with the local shops. Kendall and Michael were fantastic and helpful when checking in. With my family being active in sports we travel a lot and have stayed in several places. I promise you will not find a space to stay as clean as the red barn and as nice of people as Kendall and Michael. We will be back at the red barn every time we are in town.

Shanna allowed us to check in very early which was awesome as we had 2 mountain bikes each which we worried about. Did not eant to leave them while we rode. Also felt right at home friendly dogs and her husband Mike talked with us on several occasions. .The house was spacious and well stocked Towels smelt amazing lol.

Mrs Susie is the perfect example of souther hospitality. She goes out her the way to make you feel at home with snacks and even cold water bottles. I had a great stay.

The place was perfect for a girl’s weekend and is close to the Amp and restaurants. Liz was super responsive and helpful as well. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Check in and check out were a breeze. Thank you, Liz, we will be back!

We stayed one night at Jacks place and it was even better than expected! If I could give more stars I would. The place was extremely clean, looked new, and had everything we needed without extra items of clutter. Pawpaws place is about 1 mile from I-40 so it is super convenient on and off the interstate when traveling. We were headed to Tennessee from Houston and this overnight stay was perfect for our stopover. We will definitely stay there if we make that trip again!

My stay at the Treehouse was great! The apartment was clean, roomy and very quiet and peaceful. It’s located in a residential neighborhood but very close to downtown Bentonville, which was perfect. I felt very much at home and it’s the perfect amount of space for 1-2 people. Also, I loved having Airship Coffee right across the street! Beth was very responsive/communicative and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at Robert's place. Prior to my arrival, Robert responded quickly to any questions I had. The online pictures of the house were accurate and portrayed the house well. The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. There was plenty of hot water and enough water pressure for a good shower. The onsite washer and dryer worked well and allowed me to go home with clean clothes. The back yard was beautiful for sitting outside under a huge tree that my plant identifier indicated was either a black walnut or pecan tree. On occasion, I was able to see the beautiful bay horse next door munching on the grass. It's a very peaceful setting. I was grateful for the private off-street parking just steps away from the front door. There is a house next door that is visible but with the blinds closed on that side of the house, you wouldn't know the house was there, and I felt very private. All in all, it's a cozy place to stay!

Very pleasant place with character. I was able to ride my bike in the neighborhood. the place had everything I needed and Chris was easily accessible.

I was very happy with the stay. David’s instructions for getting to and inside the place were clear and helpful. The home looked exactly as pictured. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We liked that we were able to walk to bars and restaurants from the Air Bnb. I would definitely stay here again.

OZ Landing is absolutely beautiful. It is just as described, exceptionally clean and I loved the extra touches that made it feel like home. They thought of everything and you can tell so much love and thoughtfulness went into creating the perfect space. We will definitely be back!

Perfect spot for a long weekend mountain biking trip with friends. Walkable to restaurants and bikeable to nearby trails.
