Townhouse holiday rentals in Arkansas

The Artisan Inn is very comfortable and well appointed. Connie left fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies… delicious! We stayed for a wedding and didn’t rent a car but we were able to walk to all the events and to the museum. A walking/bike path is essentially right across the street.

Amazing location! Super close to downtown and Crystal Bridges. Very clean space and would definitely recommend to friends!

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

Clean, comfy, and close to downtown! We walked from the BnB to Main St and it only took 20-30 minutes. Beautiful area. All the expected amenities and the quietest washer/dryer I've ever heard. There were fans, dehumidifiers, and air purifiers available which I always appreciate. Host was very communicative, helpful, and nice. There was an upstairs tenant (separate unit) but no noise issues whatsoever. Would stay again!

This is a lovely large half of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood close to the university. It worked out especially well for us -- four adults and two children -- because we have family who live around the corner. The grandparents stayed upstairs in a spacious suite and the parents and kids had two bedrooms and two baths downstairs. It is very well-equipped and very comfortable. We had to put a lot of breakable beautiful things away in closets because we arrived with toddlers, but except for that, it was perfect with kids. There were even toys for them, which our grandkids really enjoyed and their mom appreciated. Bathtub also a plus with kids. The host is very responsive and happy to answer any questions. We hope to stay there again if we have another family gathering. We love Fayetteville -- both easy to get around and fun. The downtown square was magically lit for the holidays!

We had a wonderful stay. There were a few issues accessing the unit as we were given two different garage codes. The hosts were responsive though. We could also never figure out how to use the front door keypad even after corresponding several times with the host and trying a number of different codes. Overall a great home and a wonderful location!

Great experience here! A+ all around and would definitely stay again! The house was super clean and updated, we loved the garage area to park bikes and play basketball, and enjoyed the short drive to the Square. Christina was great and super responsive, especially when we called about wanting to stay and extra night. Loved it!

Brandie’s townhome was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better location and we felt right at home. The beds were also super comfy! The only downside was the garage was not big enough to park a normal full size pick up truck, other than that I would recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

A great stay for a fun and peaceful girls weekend! Hot Springs Village had a lot to do and it was an easy drive to get to the other activities we wanted to do.

Jamie was responsive, accommodating, and genuine! Her home met all of our needs and then some! We especially enjoyed how close the biking/hiking trail was to her home. We were able to enjoy the decks and the location was close to many amenities. Jamie’s home was decorated beautifully and offered a very peaceful atmosphere for us to gather and recharge. My sisters, and sister-in-law were blessed by having a peaceful and comfortable place to unwind. Our beautiful mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s less than a year ago and Jamie’s home offered us a comforting place to stay. We will definitely being staying here again when we come to Arkansas to visit our mom and our Arkansas family. Thank You Jamie!!!

The house was clean and inviting, matched the photos perfectly! Jared was a wonderful host. If i had to be picky, the neighbors were a little loud into the late hours of the night during our stay. Other than that everything was perfect! Would book with him again!

The location was close to everything but according to a friend, the pull out bed is not comfortable.

This is my go-to place to stay in Northwest Arkansas now. There are no negatives to report. I guess the only pertinent information you might need is there are lots of stairs so if you are traveling with someone with mobility issues it’s something to consider. But I love this place.

This place was super clean, comfortable and in a great location!!

The place was nice and well stocked. The check in was a little later than most and check out is earlier than most. The only other issue is the living room isn’t very comfortable for a group to sit or watch TV. But the upstairs bedrooms had TVs and were comfortable.

The place was close to the access road and all that Hot Springs has to offer. The games for kids were fun along. Was a great experience.

The Wonderful Wi door of Oz was a perfect place for our family. We were able to prepare a delicious meal, reset our laundry after several days on the road, and enjoy the beauty of the lake from the two porches. It had everything we needed!

Wonderful place and wonderful host! It’s outside of all the busy areas of NWA, but close enough for a quick drive. Michael was a great host and very helpful and accommodating!
