We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

Marie-Anne's house is superb, very well decorated and equipped. The environment is idyllic, very quiet and yet close to the axes allowing to radiate throughout the region which is superb (sea, countryside, mountain). Marie-Anne is a very warm and welcoming host, she and her husband have good advice on restaurants and activities. We will be happy to go back and recommend their home.

We had a lovely week here. Although the accommodation is attached to the house it was very private and quiet. The view is beautiful with only a couple of far away houses amongst a sea of trees and green. Shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. The pool and outside space is wonderful. We would highly recommend it.

great location at the foot of the mountains. a very quiet and typical village of the Basque country. for walks with children, follow the signs with the blue horses painted on them, about 45 minutes of walking. the witches' cave is a must-see off-season plan your dinners in advance because only one restaurant is open in the evening i recommend it.

What a wonderful experience. We loved the house, everything was as advertised and more. Great space , very well equipped and immaculately clean. One of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in. Miren was an excellent host, so helpful and left some fresh eggs and local jam for us to try. She even organised a new hob for the cooker as it was damaged. Wonderful service. Of course the surrounding countryside is the big attraction. Just beautiful. Highly recommended. We will definitely return

Julie's house is very welcoming, with a magnificent view of St Jean Pied de Port in a very quiet environment. Spacious and modern, it feels really good. The bedding is quality, the bathroom is beautiful and the patio is very nice for lunch I'll reorder

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Central to the coast, the mountains, lots of walks and villages with good food and interesting history. Very nicely furnished and everything we needed. It is always a good sign when the kitchen knives are nice and sharp! We really appreciated Jackie’s help .

We had a great time at Nadine's place. The house is very well equipped, clean with a magnificent view of the mountains. Nadine took the initiative to contact us in advance to explain everything, and was very responsive to answer our questions during the stay. Access to the car park of the accommodation may be a little tricky if you have a very large car because of the topography of the place. Apart from this point, which will not concern everyone, it is the ideal accommodation to stay with family and discover the region. Thank you again Nadine!

We stayed here as a stopover on our way back from Spain, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly relaxing — exactly what we needed after a long drive. We brought our two dogs with us, and they settled in straight away. It’s a peaceful, welcoming place that made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay again!

My friends and I had a very nice weekend. The house is very quiet, parking outside in a cul-de-sac so secure. The living room, the well-lit bedrooms with a large balcony, comfortable beds, very good connection for wifi, with a very nice garden and a jacuzzi. (we were not able to enjoy it, lack of time) A plus for air conditioning in a bedroom and living room (we did not use it given the weather) Thanks to Aurélie and her husband, very welcoming, nothing to say at the TOP. 👍I highly recommend it! A small suggestion: a larger model for the hair dryer

We were well received, in a peaceful and pleasant setting. The loft complies with the listing description, and tastefully decorated, clean , and presenting the necessary equipment. The location is ideal, close to other cities ( 20 minutes to 35 minutes). Lydie and Jesse meet the lowest expectations of us . We will come back!

We had a very good night at this beautiful country house, ideal for relaxing. The house was perfectly as advertised and impeccably clean. The bedding is very comfortable and the two bathrooms are a real plus. Christelle was very responsive and pleasant in our exchanges. And for evenings without a kitchen, a nearby pizzeria (13 minutes walk or 2 minutes' drive) does the job perfectly.

Sophie was waiting for us, warmly welcomed us with delicious Basque cake and explanations about the house and some cultural facts about the Basque language, restaurants, markets and sights. Our home is an ideal place for those who love peace and nature and like to walk. Places such as the Rhune, Bayonne, Biarritz, even San Sebastián are all easily accessible by car and, if desired, partly by public transport. The house is very quietly located at the end of a side road where no traffic passes; it is located at a height so you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Comfort as described on the site is present.

Ideal for spending a few quiet days, only 25 minutes from Bayonne. Very well equipped, it offers a beautiful view of the surrounding hills of Hasparren. The girls didn't hesitate to enjoy the spa. With the view, the terrace is very pleasant. On the organisational level, Céline and Marc communicate all the elements 48 hours before departure: address, amenities and recommendations. Perfect. It is quite possible that we will return to continue to discover and re-discover the region.
